I'll have a black/grey since that is the only one I have and don't see the online dealership changing colors anytime soon.

Just to note that the Indy Lights 100 will run with LIMITED damage, NO CAUTIONS, and 650hp, 650kg, Racing Hard Tyres. I've checked this over with Tom as well and he is fine with it.

I think the next time it updates is sometime around 3am and 4am BST on thursday (late wednesday night for you).

I'll look and get another and hopefully it isn't one of the cars that is a part of any of the current teams you have.

Can I please run in the Freedom 100 on Friday. I have the Red FGT if that's okay. PSN-gorsad

Of course, it will be in Furinkazen's lounge so make sure you've got him added on PSN 👍

Also guys, small alteration to the final race of the season at Daytona due to an oversight on my part. It's been renamed and is now 100 + 6 laps due to 5 silent laps in memory of Dan.

I probably won't run in the Freedom 100 or the Fight Before The 500. It'll give more room for others. Do you want a transmission regulation/restriction for Furi's Freedom 100 or will it be without one?

It's without one, the Fight Before The 500 will run with our usual specs on the other hand. Honestly mate, whilst the Freedom 100 might get quite full, I'm sure you'll have no problem racing on Tuesday.

I should be able to on tuesday, depending on when TOCA testing finishes.

EDIT: Depending on if you use miles or meters to work out the speed you get different results for your 4 lap average speed. e.g your example of "You complete the 4 laps (10 miles) in 2 minutes, 41.7 seconds. Your qualifying speed will be 222.63mph" gets you 222.614588 mph if you use meters (4023 meters for one lap, 16092 for 4), and 222.634508 mph if you use miles.

Meters is probably more precise, but since miles gives us a higher speed and we want to show off our speed, I'm guessing you'll use that. ;)

Me too.

Never been more excited for a race ever on GTP.

Even the qualifying should be very close and interesting too. :dopey:

If anyone wants to qualify as early as possible, I might open my lounge for qualifying runs as soon as it hits midnight after our tuesday race.

I may open Practice 2 for the Indy 500 in half an hour or so if anybody wants to hop in 👍

I'll probably join. I want to see how much the new weight increases our fuel usage. I think the weight will also make us slightly slower out of the turns and make passing a little easier.

new weight? Is it different from 710kg or are you talking about new as compared to last season?

Compared to last season.

EDIT: Got some good fuel data in the practice session, not seeing any major differences with the new regulations.

Is there a quali session tomorrow Tom for the 500? :)

And if anyone is willing to help me with setup please do, I think Fox is missing this race. :/

Yes there will be. The session times Tom has posted are when he will have his lounge open for qualifying runs. The other 3 officials (me, knelly, matty) will be available at different times too. Qualifying officially begins once we finish the 40 lap race tonight.

I can have a room up for a bit then, and Joe can too I believe. 👍
