Yes, and I would have had the speed to beat you and finish 2nd.

Jesus, if you care that much I'll give you second place, not like it affects my championship standing.

Just slightly pathetic that you're so hell bent on gaining a position which has no relevance whatsoever since you've only completed one race this season.

Pleasure to race with you....

How about an anonymous vote for 2nd and 3rd?

Really don't mind mate, I've credited Mule with second and I'm updating the tables.

He's moved up from 12th to 11th, I should imagine he's thrilled.

Well excuse me for being slightly pissed off about being caught up in a crash that I had nothing to do with on the last lap when I was in the lead, then being relegated to 3rd by the game.

Oh and by the way, this discussion probably wouldn't be taking place right now if Akmuq didn't completely ruin everything a few laps earlier, by being a LAPPED DOWN, racing with the leaders and giving damage to both me and Niop. I'm lucky I didn't get engine damage ans was still able to keep up with you guys.

Whatever, I don't care anymore. Put me wherever you want. I was just hoping to finally be able to put something along the lines of "Race wins: 1" in my sig. 2nd is just the first loser.

Good job, Knelly. You did good.

ps: Don't even start to get sarcastic with me.

I just think you're being ever so slightly dramatic. Great, thanks for playing.

EDIT: Should also point out that the tables are up guys and the OP has been updated for the final time 👍

Mule, I appreciate your pissed, and I would be to in your position, I promise you. But that's how I honestly feel it would of played out. And was said by others.

You race clean, fair and intelligently. I enjoy racing you and have evey confidence you'll be filling that Race Win column soon mate. Just keep doing what you are doing and it'll come. 👍

Well, in one way I got a step closer to being able to fill the column today.

Now I'm:
Race starts: 100ish
Race finishes: 70ish
Race wins: 0
Pole positions: 1

Man, If Cowboys finished a place further down I would have tied third in the Championship with him. Nothing else I could do so good job Cowboys 👍

Tom, awesome job in taking second place mate. Didn't win a race (unluckly tonight man, but you in the wrong position mate. It'll come), and jumped ahead of Cowboys tonight. Awesome job mate.

And Joe, congratulations on a awesome championship win mate. Crushed the field and help secure the Constructors Title by a massive 87 points. Let's try and stretch that next season shall we 👍

All other drivers not mentioned, great season and thanks. I had loads of fun racing with you all, and hope to see more regulars next season. This series (like Drop's Sprint Cup), is only going to get better and bigger with age. Get in now, I say. 👍

Thanks to all the drivers involved, it's been a great season of fun, competitive racing which I hope will continue into S2. I'm going to start a discussion thread for S2 and I'll work on the actual thread during my April Easter holidays.

Special mentions to Joe, Knelly and LV who have really made this whole thing possible, cheers fellas 👍

Oh, and our ever present (almost) pace car driver 👍

I still think I got pole. The grid order during the 3 2 1 countdown had me in first, and another position further down the grid also had this happen. I also had the inside line, which is where the game places the polesitter.

EDIT: The replay does not show these positional changes (I believe the other one was somewhere around 6th to 8th place), they only showed in the actual race.

Woops, done the table with Matty on pole :yuck:

Don't ruin this for me.. :(

Would be the second time that would have happened me..

Daytona today and for NASCAR Trucks @ Daytona, where I got disconnected 10sec before the start and there was confusion as to who was fastest, me or Crazy..

He won by .008 that time.. I think if you did beat my time it would be by less..

Ignore my comment about the inside line, I didn't know we started single file. My other point stands for now though. If the other person who lost a grid position can confirm this it'd help.

On the qualifying lap I was up by 0.030 out of turn 2, and 0.024 entering turn 3. Going by the previous laps, I would have lost up to 0.010 to you in the rest of the lap. The lap was completed as the screen went black, and I heard the beep from me crossing the timing line at the start/finish, meaning the lap was counted/recorded.

But since you don't know and I started ahead of you.. ;)

I'm claiming this until you have solid evidence..

I don't want to think I had it only for my foray ever pole to be ripped away from me..

Again.. :(

Knelly and Joe could you PM me some of the tracks we talked about at that test a few weeks back? You know how bad my memory is

There's only four confirmed events for next season and they're the oval races:

-Brickyard 200
-Daytona Twin 100's (with heat qualifying)
-Indy 500
-IndyCar WC (250 miles Daytona)

Cool Cool. Excited by the potential schedule. Looking forward to testing. 👍

Oh, I have a question. Will next season be two or three man teams.

I mean, if there is a three man team will all be eligible for picking up team points or just the original two drivers with the reserve in place if one doesn't show?

I'm quite unsure what to do with teams.

We either do 3 man teams with limited colours or 2 man teams with a wider range. Leaning towards the former with two drivers picking up team points.

And would we do something similar to the cup, by having team owners and picking drivers or the original way of signing up with whatever car you have

The original probably, although I know many teams are staying the same. It's harder to pick up coloured FGT's which is the reason.

Penske will be unchanged, I assume KV will be unchanged and Target have just acquired a new driver 👍
