Its also a Cars' song.
I am impressed that a youngster like yourself even knows 'the cars'. It brings back memories of my 'eighthies' period

Youngster?? I'll be 48 in March.....the 80's were my "good times" too. 👍
I like that 👍Calling you a 'youngster' would mean as being 45 myself, I would fit in that category as well.
I know Mitch, and it was ment to be a joke Calling you a 'youngster' would mean as being 45 myself, I would fit in that catgory aswell.
I like that 👍
Veterans mate, veterans. So its Veteran's Race Series = VRSWRS= Weekly Racing Seniors now??
That's tough @Killermiller24 , hope it heal fast for you. I've seen your times in the TT's and you should get promotions pretty fast but it may take you a couple of jumps to get to where you should be when playing with both hands.
Do the weekly TT's, put you best times in, be patient and you'll get there 👍
I don't think @Twissy is a young buck, either.Age is not necessarily a barrier to speed
Pretty sure Ramon (Eclipse) is in his 40's.
Maybe PD should introduce this then:Veterans mate, veterans. So its Veteran's Race Series = VRS
...which sounds fast so I'm good with that. 👍
...a list of all the people who to part in the GT5 qualifier and GT6 qualifier to compare how they have done as i was interested to see whether i had improved or not.
I hadn't really noticed that, if i get time i might try and add a column for how many TT event weeks people have entered. It might be the proof people might need (and me) to try and enter on a more regular basis. Thanks WilcoWhat jumps out at me is that most of the drivers at the top of the list have been regular competitors in the WRS time trials. Those at the bottom, generally less active. Nice work Tim.
I'm only 26!

Well done to the Admins on such a quick turnaround and 2 challenging qualifiers. I am happy with D3Silver, it is an improvement from GT5.
And on the that note, the main reason for this post is that i have compiled a list of all the people who to part in the GT5 qualifier and GT6 qualifier to compare how they have done as i was interested to see whether i had improved or not.
Anyway, attached is a simple excel spreadsheet compiled by their GTPlanet name.
Props to otxjto, GTP_CargoRatt, Gravitron, millross, Allibubba99 for achieving over a -2.000 drop in handicap but special congrats has to go to MilleRSVR and Racingworld68 who both achieved over -2.500 drop in handicap from the GT5 Qualifier.
Hope that this is of interest to those of you who have taken part in both, just thought i would offer the info.
Tim

Just wondering if i missed the qualification because i Can't see if theres a time limit . First time post on here and looks like this is right up my street so i look forward to racing you all btw i am not new sim racing just this site , thanks pipedog._._.
From a personal point of view...
...Ended up in D1G in GT5 - most likely because I knew the Ring really well and put too much time in to the qualifier.
This time I put a sensible amount of time in to the qualifier..
Thanks buddy well chuffed gonna crack on and post some times thanks for the warm welcomeIt's just re-opened again after the initial qualifying round and there is no time limit now unless the Admins need to take a breather but we generally shoot them if they do that...labour is cheap
Welcome to and the WRS
