A steward will post in this thread when they have a room open for quallifying and practice. I will be opening a room in a few mins. I am just waiting for the update to finish. Check out the FAQ on the op. all your questions will be answered there.

and he's only talking about the qualifier. During the regular season you can tune suspension, brakes, LSD, and transmission freely, but that's it. No aero, weight balance tuning, engine limiting (beyond the car's specification if it does have limiting), or upgrading what-so-ever is allowed.
