Checked the moment it changed 7:00pm EST yesterday and was so disappointed to see they didn’t follow the schedule. Was hoping to get the 962C today and the XJR-9 for next Thursday.
Btw, I don’t know how many others use this resource but one of the features tracks how long each car has before getting replaced. From what i’ve seen it’s updated everyday within 10 minutes or so of the rotation. It’s the same site I found that has the list of odds of winning each type of rewards for roulette tickets based on their star rating
On the Home Page:
- Displays all Current Spots in the Legendary (Hagerty’s) & Used Car Dealerships
- Displays How Long Each Spot Has Before It’s Replaced with Another Car
- In Addition to Prices their is a Nice Reminder that Specifies if the Car is Capable of “Engine Swap” or Can be Won as a Reward Car

The 3 Le Mans Achievement cars '330 P4, XJ13 and MKIV' all appear once a month so I do not think those cars follow regular slots.

It takes a long time for some cars. I started playing around the beginning of July and couldn't get the Mazda 787B until mid-November. Quite annoying. They skip some cars for reasons unknown. Another problem they won't fix.

I already sold a lot that I won't ever drive, currently I have about 150 cars in my garage that are all tuned to a specific PP, all with nice liveries, so you can say it's a perfect setup. Selling most of the VGT junk and some duplicates actually helped a lot in completing the collection, as I refunded a billion credits that way

I didn't drive a single Le Mans / Sardegna grind race since selling cars was implemented, and I hope I will never have to again, I have 55 mil left, all the cars I need, so I will just need the new ones, when they are introduced in the game 
Actually I started a second account recently, I'm bored with this one, nothing more to conquer, so I started fresh, driving cafe menu missions, tuning cars, driving sport mode from scratch But no grinding this time, only smart purchases, no wasted money on trying anything because I already know what all the cars are capable of.

my frustrating self want ALL cars in the garages, even the ones i'm not going to drive, altho i think i will upgrade all of them too haha, almost got all the cars 18 milion to go for the BC, then we tuning the h*ll out of the complete garage ( when we grind some more lol )

If we had more challenges in game where we can actually race these cars against some realistic opponents, then I probably wouldn't sell so many. Still, I tried to drive every single car that I bought at some point, and only the ones that are enjoyable for me are left in garage

If you buy a car, then sell it, does it still show up as acquired in your car collection screen? Vule's posts above would imply that is the case.
