Those cars can be bought from the LCD there starting to show up now with the XJR-9 being the first and the 787B and r92cp so on to follow in the coming week.

Not got my list to hand but off the top of my head the Group Cs are:

Merc Sauber C9 '89
Porsche 962 C '88
Jaguar XJR-9 '88
Mazda 787B '91
Nissan R92CP ‘92
thanks both of you, xjr-9 is on the shelf now, should i buy it? is its fuel efficiency good enough for sardegna, by which i grind money everyday, by now i use 919:P:P:P

If you are grinding sardegna look into the Bugatti vgt GR.1. I used the praianos tune here and its solid. I can consistently run 138's and if I dont screw up 136's on FM1 and 2 stops. I finish under 26 minutes. The brakes are amazing. Yes my mclaren f1 is faster in the straights, but the brakes arent as strong so I have to brake earlier. I finsih about 30-60 seconds faster overall with the bugatti. It might be that im just more familiar with the bugatti as ive ground out about 30 mill credits the last few days.

The bugatti is not a bad car but the group c cars will own sardegna.

This thread is prefect for info on that race with the group c cars.

Nice good info. Much appreciated. Im certainly looking forward to the R92 and 787b coming into the legacy dealer.

Right now im making 27,884 credits per minutes with 26 minutes per race. with those it would be up to 31,521 per minute. Sardegna appears to be the best credit maker per minute out of the big 4, especially since tokyo is easier to lose the crb.

To be honest bro, i think we are just beginners, i use 919,best record is 24:50, best lap alittle bit over 1:34, i also tried different cars, average like 25:10 around, the quote thread really blew my mind, however, i use their tune for xjr-9 but didint performe well, i think it's more about skills here rather than car or tunes, i'm lame iplay with all assist.
im waiting for 787b and r92cp too.

Easiest car on Sardegna : Audi RS5, with Praiano's tune
where can i find his tune? much appreciated

I would bookmark the page as its very useful. His tune certainly woke up the bugatti.

As usual the game makes things quite confusing.

For the UCD special picks always seem to be lower milage versions of a car.
Here it seems to be the opposite?
The RA272 that appeared today has 1965km while mine, which I bought the last time it was available and wasn't a special pick AFAIR, currently has just 59km.... 🤔

Can I have the list of the next upcoming cars on the LCD, please?
I've bought the 250 GTO last year (ok, 2 days ago) and of course, I'm broke now :D

Here are my 7 missing cars:

Citroen GT Road car (invitation)
McLaren F1
Porsche 917K
Nissan 400 R Nismo
Mercedes 300 SL (W194)
Mercedes 190 E 2.5 16S Evo II
Dodge Charger R/T '68

Thanks in advance :)

Which gearbox does the 300SEL have? The GT Wiki says 4-speed but the real car had a 5-speed ZF transmission AFAIK.
It is a 4 speed in the game

Thx! It's a 4-speed A/T, correct? AMG did use a 4-speed A/T but AFAIK never with the 6.8 liter engine but with the 6.3 liter engine.
So it seems like the car in the game has a wrong gearbox. I just wonder why? Does anyone know more about this?

I think the whole car (this specific one) is a mashup of AMG parts. Chassis, gearbox, engine

After some calculations and no matter what I'll win on TTs, daily races and the roulette, I must grind Le Mans (with the CRB) every day until 19th march to buy these 6 cars.
For the Citroen GT, I have to wait for the invitation :)

Yeah, guess you're right. Tires are much too eide also, those wouldn't have fitted on the real car.
They certainly did.

Apparently the real car indeed had a four speed automatic in that race, but was later equipped with a five speed ZF.

Yes, you're right, my fault. I just reread the article I found about the car some time ago and it was in 1969 when they had problems fitting wider tires but then they widened the body because of this.

I'm not sure about the gearbox though. This article from the German "Oldtimer Magazine" reads like they fitted the 5-speed manual before the Spa Race.
