I'm certain now that my least favorite course in FM6 is Long Beach. That track is not fun for me, especially when I have a race on it. All of the AI cars in front just crash into each other and I have no room for making a mistake.

Is there a way to see all the tunes I've uploaded onto one page? Or do I have to go in each car to see the tune? Was just wanting to check how my tunes are doing online.

Nope, you've got to go in to each car to see. It's a pain having to do this, I was trying to work out which of my tunes was being downloaded but it was on a car I'd forgot I published a tune for so took me much longer than it should have.

Also I'm not even sure if the stats on tunes or designs are being tracked correctly, I published a design which my friend wanted so he downloaded it and used it in at least 3 races with me in multiplayer, the message I got the next day said it had been downloaded once but got no uses, the design stats also show that the uses weren't tracked.

This probably doesn't apply to Forza 6 in particular, but I'm disappointed that the DLC included in the Ultimate Edition only works for the account on which it was purchased. Here I was thinking that the "Ultimate Edition" would be fully compatible with everyone having accounts on the same console. :grumpy:

Does this really mean that every additional user who wants the DLC will have to buy it, despite it already being installed on the console? I suppose it does, but that's not right.

I wasn't expecting such hardcore pit bay sharing arrangements in the enduro events...

Whoa have any of you actually looked into how many races there are in the rivals events? I thought I could at least put 1 lap into each event, class, and track over the weekend just to get a time in there for the heck of it. There is absolutely no way that is possible in a weekend. I started with E and then started the tracks Alphabetically. After doing that for about an hour decided to scroll to the right to see how many more events I had in E. WOW just wow. There are an insane amount of races for each class. I honestly think it would take a month just to post 1 certified lap on each track for each class for all the rivals events. All the tracks are in there along with some in reverse along with night and weather. Its beyond overwhelming in a good way. Insane amount of content in this game.

Had an absolutely incredible moment in rivals. It was the rival event at Sebring in the rain with full traffic on. I was using a 600hp RWD 2015 Corvette with interior view and no assists on. Whew trying to weave through traffic with that car in the rain, no assists on, interior view AND get a certified lap was knuckle wrenching intense. :D

It's a feature of the game that rewards the player: Concentration.

Thinking about how the car reacts to imputs feom the steering. Picking a line and being aware of the cars around you. Sensory overload(not quite) in a good way.

All those events to ponder. I'm not even thinking about it. Each event that is unlocked, I know I'll get to at some stage. So much to do in this game. I might not complete it before F7.

This game to me is just addicting by just test driving the cars alone. I've just compared the Ferrari 458 Speciale to the 2017 Ford GT and C7 Corvette Z06 on Laguna Seca. The GT is the quickest and the Z06 was the slowest.
I wish I could test drive or even race in this darn game......I start up the game, select a car, start race and then spend the next hour constantly pausing for that perfect photo angle. :D

Considering the amount of time in photo mode and the livery editor, I'm surprised I am level 17?

@ImaRobot I will give that C Integra tune a whirl after work, looking forward to taking pics of it .

Am I wrong or is there no good wheel which works both with Xnox One and PS4?

That would sort of put a damper on things.

Worked out what the "One Lap No Collisions" Mod is for "long Beach , 15th to 3rd in one corner

Then 6 laps of pure torture :banghead: , got to first place eventually , then had 3 laps of being hounded by the 2nd place car :(

I did win the race though

I do that a bit aswell, but most of the time; I take my pictures on the first lap before moving on.

I drive around the track at like 30 mph looking for places to shoot. It is very time consuming

30 is way too fast, you're gonna miss a spot. :P

Also, I'm just gonna drop in here and say that I'm about to stream the Nurburgring Endurance race if anyone is interested in watching that.

EDIT: Finished. That was some seriously intense racing, after I finally chose a car I liked. My only complaint is that I couldn't tune the car before the race.

The wheel compatibility stuff was not a dealbreaker for me. Made the plunge and the console and game should be here in a few days. I'll have to live with the controller at first but that's fine. I think I'm going to spend more time painting than racing for a while, anyway.

I've seen Forza has a Passing Showcase event. Interesting that they managed to distill GT6's career mode into a single event. #shotsfired

I'm on lap 45 of 84 in the Daytona endurance race. I'm using the Audi e-tron thing. Some things I've noticed...I love Daytona at night. Great track, very fun to race on. I love the whine of the straight cut gears in the races cars, and the little "jiggle" you get every time you upshift. So far I've lapped all the slower cars probably 6 times, and the 5 other LMP cars I'm competing against I've lapped at least 3 times. No aids at all except braking line, and no clutch for the manual transmission. This next stint I am going to try to conserve fuel. Short shifting, shifting into top gear on the banks etc... So far I've been pitting every 11 laps or so. Going to see how far I can stretch it.

Ouch, ha ha. :D I think some people are buying two different Fanatec wheel bases to use with the same rim for consoles but the cost sounds prohibitive.

Did the Spa 100 miles last night, it was pretty chill, only 23 laps, was done in 1h 12 seconds.

That'll be my first endurance race. Shouldn't be too bad, seeing I just drove 100+ miles on Spa earlier today, trying to get another 2 seconds out of that Lotus E23.

I use Lime Rock (full layout) as my go-to test track now (similar in length to Tsukuba, which is my go-to testing track in any game with it) and I tried all the FnF pack cars around there (stock).

2 laps, first to get the hang and second a flying start.

The R34 is the only one I managed to get under 1 minute with (I'm a pretty average driver btw).
It did a 58.xxx second lap, with my driving.

Absolutely phenomenal car.

Oh and the Supra sucks.

My only complaint is that I couldn't tune the car before the race.

It's the only downside of having endurance events as part of the Showcase selection. Even if it does give you the opportunity to choose a car you might not already own or haven't tried yet.

I honestly think I have put more time into F6 in 10 or 11 days than I have with F5 and FH2 combined since they released. And I truly enjoyed FH2. I have played F6 dang near every single day since the 10th. Just blown away with how great this game is. So much content, so much to do, so little time.
