2nd Circuit
Welcome to the 2nd Circuit of the Sunday Cup. We have an exciting week of racing after the 1st Circuit here in with beginning of the 2nd Circuit. The 2nd Circuit will focus on tracks between one and two miles in length, the tracks are also more challenging with more complex turns and some straightways. You will also see the only oval track we have all season.

So Flynn spent 100cr and won 90cr so is down 10cr,
Driftking spent 50cr and won 60cr so is up 10cr,
Fabmaru spent 10 cr and won 12cr so is up 2cr,
Ninja betting shop is down 2cr. Guess I got the odds just about spot on!
Round 3 Odds:
Like last week, this is odds on gaining any podium position in any race this week! With 15 podium places available and just 12 drivers it's even more likely to see everybody take some points!
Also like last week I'll only accept up to 10 bets per person, but this time they must be multiples of 20cr - with a total limit of 500cr.
If I recieve 20cr in bets for every driver and everyone gets a podium place, I'll have taken 240cr but have to pay out 807cr! That's 3.36x what I took in bets compared to last weeks 2.25x.

Not this week you can't. All bets must be a multiple of 20cr or some of the odds won't work.
Yep, thats the deal.
Just to be clear, I'm not running this as a business to make money, rather as an alternative way for participants to gain outside funds. As such I'm actually hoping for the betting shop to be down 500cr each week. Who gets what proportion of that is a matter of who they bet on.
Now if nobody has any objections...
Car-less would like to place some bets at the Ninja Betting shop;
20cr on Driftking, and
20cr on Fabmaru.
Edit: Both near certain to win, which would round my funds up from x,x41 to x,x50. However, if they both DNF it rounds my funds to x,x01. Either way is better than 41cr!

Curious how you can come up with odds you are willing to stand against before upgrades are chosen. Specially with a bunch of the same cars, having different odds. But I can't really argue with your handicapping of the drivers' and their abilities... yet.
Not so sure about the betting aspect of the Sunday Cup, but I'll give it a whirl this week. (see below)
EDIT: Now is this betting that those you bet on will finish in the top 3 on any of the week's races, or top six?

Korza your Nissan is only worth 2,855 Cr in resale. If you want to change cars, the time is usually after this Second Circuit, then you will see several ride changes. You haven't upgraded your car any, if you want to keep up with Driftking put a wing on it like he did.
AndersonG22 quoted the right rule, but I noticed I forgot to remove "This is the same rate at which GT4 does it but not with as many decimal places." That line no longer applies after it was raised from 25%. Fixed.
