How about the teams choose manufacturers and we have both. Kind of like NASCAR with the driver points, team/owner points if I'm not mistaken, and manufacturer points.

I don't see the problem with GX cars, they pulled an exciting race even though there was only 3 of them. Defintly better then some of those more popular one's that I don't get why people like them.

The main reason I won't have a GX class is that there simply isn't enough room. 3 groups of 5 isn't a fun race, and thats assuming everyone shows up..

The Zonda R isn't a good idea for a DP IMO. The R390 is a good fit, too bad it's 'the spec' car and there isn't another car that could be ran with it. Although I think there's a few that fit but they're a bit heavier.

I would on the possibility that the other driver didn't show up and I would win by default. But seriously I think the GX class is too small in real life to deserve spots in this series.

I agree. We are more hampered by GT5 itself than the real life, we don't really have the cars for it..

Anyways, GT and GX can't be mixed. Average speeds from this past weekend at COTA:

DP: 87.743 mph

GT: 82.757 mph

GX:75.734 mph

I saw the 2012 ALMS, it was still good even though there was only 2 LMP (glad they didn't get rid of it (don't really like LMP2). Whats worse then a few cars in a class is a Driver that is to Pro for the others.

I can't stand the AM classes... It's a PRO race... Let the PROs race!
