intelectualismIt was said before that the fix here will work for a DFP as well as the momo wheel (as they are similar is design). Hope that solves your problem.

I tried that at frys.. the thing was falling apart..
I have no clue if this post is supposed to be humorous or not. Eigher way, I did chuckle a little. I never had this problem with my DFP though, must be your settings.. There's something called multi screen that might be it also.twistiesloverHi everyone, I'm new to The Planet and I like it here. I ask for help.
The Noble Truth of Suffering.
Suffering as a noble truth, is this: Birth is suffering, ageing is suffering, discovering
your new DFP causes screen mis-alignment is suffering...I just got my DFP hours ago and I followed the exact instructions for setup, BUT when I begin a race or event (Picture this: you are sitting in your favorite car, holding your DFP, only your neck is locked in a cast so you can only look out of the driver side windowat a 45 degree angle, however all the controls work and the wheel funtions properly aside from seeming to cause an error in the game when plugged in.
The wheel calibrates at startup, and seems to work fine, as do the gas and brakes.
If I start on a straight track and hold the wheel straight and press the gas I go straight, But my view is out the side window. I called Logitech (thanks for the number) and they said it's probably the GT4 game settings. I checked all options in the game that I could find and found nothing for adjusting the screen angle from a drivers viewpoint. This should be automatic, agreed? Game works fine with DS2, been playing it for days now.
This situation is frustrating me much more than my fellow Buddhists would approve of, so if any of you can help me... namu amidha butsu.
Cheers,
John

devilman2075is it normal for the dfp, to make noises as u turn it....its only when u turn it alot for liek hairpin or sharp turns...it sounds like ur making it turn....i dunno hwo to explain but i have never had a quality wheel and just want to make sure it stays quality
PrecisionDSounds about right. The noise of the gears winding when doing hairpin turns is normal. It sounds like servos, the kind of motors you find within radio controlled cars or something thereof.
When I got my dfp I thought hairpin turns would be much easier vs. a DS2. hehe. I think in some ways it's much harder to use the DFP to steer.

posting the same question 5 times won't get you an answer.. it'll get people annoyed. If nobody has answered yet then assume that nobody has noticed or bothered to take notice to such a small thing. As long as the car goes where we need it to most people don't notice the rest.Cloud78CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?
Is my DFP responding properly with GT4? When I am driving a convertible(I played on 3rd person view) the driver doesnt respond to my DFP that quick. If I turn the wheel right, the driver in the convertible will take 3/4 of a second to respond. I dont know if the car responds quicly or not but the driver doesnt. Does anyone else get this?
Thanks.
hpi589i have a problem with my dfp. I dont how to make it have 900 degree steering. I am using it for my gt4. What am i suppose to do?
