I have had it make a car to tight. So much I couldn't tune it out. As I did it got twitchy.

Gonna have to break in my non strut braced 2007. She's red too. Not Marroon. Which nothing wrong with the Maroon. It's a sharp red. I like the regular "Red"

I need more practice in this thing! still running 14.01x need to fully break in the car, let us know if any practice rooms go up!

There will be an official practice session tomorrow (Thursday, June 9) starting around 6-6:30pm EDT until.......? I can be on until 9 or 10pm EDT so that gives us several hours for practice, Owens may be able to host the room later into the night.

See you all in Monaco!!

There will be an official practice room open this evening by 6 or 6:30pm EDT. If we get 5 or 6 people I'd like to do a couple quick tests. We haven't had anybody turn out for practices recently, hopefully we can get some people on track tonight. Qualifiers will start next week so it's time to start finalizing your tunes!

Just bumping this for a reminder, I'll have a practice room open in about 30 minutes (6:30pm EDT) so we can start getting our final tune for Monaco setup. I'd like to do a short race if we get enough people, get a feel for what the action will be like. 👍

I could maybe make it tonight, but I don't have either of the Ferrari F1's. Could someone send me a level 24 ticket and instructions for passing it on?

I sent Owens a message to see if he can hook you up. He can get you one after 8pm EDT tonight. Keep on eye on your PM's on here or PSN. 👍

Ah really sorry gman but I would have given you a ticket had I known about it. I now have 3 F2007s.:ouch:

I'm streaming the practice guys:

I got a new streaming set up and I'm hoping it's juuust right.

You all let me know:

http://www.justin.tv/wardezgo

Should be around 720p and look a lot better than last time.

Aaaaah :( I'm eating dinner but I hope y'all will still begoing when I'm done!

PS Wardez, stream looks great on my new asus g73 ;)

Ok, Justin TV lets me edit my streamed video (it saves every stream I make for full playback) and upload it to youtube.

So I took my best lap of the session and uploaded it to youtube. Now the quality... oh man, the quality's not GREAT. But it's awesome enough that I'm streaming my long free run sessions and JTV's saving it all for me to go back through to find laps like this so the bad quality's worth it, it's good enough really.

It's a 1:10.382 and as you'll see in the video, it could've easily been a mid 1:09 if I hadn't messed up the swimming pool entry.

But meh, cool enough:
Free run - No aids, Racing soft tires, still not broken in

No, WARDEZ is setting the bar high for this one! My best lap is just under 1:16. lol I was telling him last night that I already know I'll be representing Hispania Racing Team for this event, meaning I'll be 5 seconds off the pace and bringing up the rear. lol

I don't see too much difference between the way I attack the track and the way Wardez does, but I do notice he has a lot more pitch/dive under acceleration/braking than I do so there's obviously a difference in our setup. Good chance my F2007 just needs broken in more too, I've mainly only driven it during "free run" conditions and I don't think that counts towards engine break-in.

BTW, nice driving and nice video Wardez. Quality wasn't 1080 but very acceptable. 👍

Not officially. I have the Cappuccino Cup race tonight and I need to get some practice for that because I've read there are some differences with things like off-track speed loss, greater slow down after contact, and possibly even some settings/parts being reset to default. I don't want any surprises tonight during the race!! lol I think Owens is running in it too, but Wardez might have a room open after he finishes the Le Mans enduro around 8 or 9 pm EDT, but I'd imagine he might be pooped after 4 hours of racing!

Entry list is hotting up. I may be getting a DFGT on the day of qualifying which is good news for me. I'm won't have done much practice though DS3/DFGT and my best with my friends F2007 was 1:14 something.

Practice?

Asked in GTPFIA thread. We are racing in Monte Carlo this week. So either way I will be there. ;)

Practicing with Rev.

Room's 1472 6681 3716 3557 0298

Streaming live (with new official ASRA water mark ooooo)

Check link in my sig 👍

I'll put the video up of our practice as well.

Very much looking forward to the race! Owens and I sneaked into someone elses room, they were doing a 45 lap race in Monaco, we had a blast! I learned a lot on that race got down to a 1:13.937 on the race personal best but still almost 4 seconds off of Wardez's blistering pace!

So are you guys still interested in doing this? We haven't had much response over the last week or so, but we're scheduled to start qualifiers this week for entry into the race this Saturday. But honestly, I don't know that we'll even need qualifiers as we barely have a full field registered and I'm sure at least 2 or 3 people will have forgotten or had other plans pop up.

I will send out PM's this week to remind everybody about the event, but if we don't get more than 13 people committed then we will probably skip the qualifiers and go straight to 3 rounds of knockout qualifying on Friday night. If you can't make knockout qualifying on Friday, you can do a qualifier sometime this week to set a time and we will line you up according to your time with the drivers that were knocked out in Q1. So you will start towards the back, but at least you'll be qualified.

Schedule reminder:
Knockout Qualifying: Friday June 17th at 7pm EDT
Monaco Grand Prix: Saturday June 18th at 6pm EDT
