slurpIf you don't know already, you can view which cars are available to purchase with the initial 1,000,000 credits here. Most of the names are links to pictures of the various cars.
My first car will either be the Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 or the Toyota BITZ! Euro Sport Edition.
Then maybe upgrade to an Evo 6 RS TME or an S2000 Type V '01.
We'll see which Evo/WRX I choose later.
Supra897Well in GT3, you weren't given much choice. In GT and GT2 you had a big choice, I always went with the early 90s Supra Turbo.
bfifteenvSo since it's not available until day 300ish, my plan is to start the game find the quickest way to make the days go by, failing a license test, or starting a Mission Hall race and quitting, whatever, keep checking the used car lot, buy the first '69 Bluebird that comes along save, pop in my other save card, start a new game and buy my Bluebird from the other save...
I call it my, big-****ing-waste-of-my-time-to-start-with-the-car-I-really-want cheat.
Really what is the point of making cars that can't possibly be useful that late in the game not available until day 300? The most fun part of all three GT games for me so far have been the first couple of hours where you have no money and keep losing races and taking the third or fourth place prize money and buying one mod at a time and I'll be damned if I'm doing it with a Trueno again.![]()
CLIFF NOTES: **** the rules I'm starting with the '69 Bluebird...
akHow much cash will you start out with in the career mode?
Yugo DSC MaxxerSeeing how I'm not going to transfer credits (transferring takes away all the fun!), I will more than likely buy a Trueno (Haven't proved bad after GT3 starting car) or a AW11 MR-2, Supercharged or Not. I love the AW11, and on top of that a 4AG, not to mention a SuperCharger...
meister_danBut transferring money TO UPGRADE YOUR CAR is a good idea!! (I will buy a Miata and spend the extra 10 grand for upgrades and tuning goodies)
TanerasSorry but this is off topic...
What is the correct way to pronounce Nürburgring Nordschleife? If you know how a pronounciation key works, thats the easiest way. I even tried to find it in an encyclopedia and it didn't work...
