Total race time was over an hour, fuel tank only holds 100 kg of fuel. How does one exceed 100kg/hour flow rate without running out of fuel?
Or am I missing something?
Surely you can't exceed 100kg/h constantly or you'd run out of fuel?As I understand it, you can have more then 100kg/h fuel flow for a while and then later in the race you can run below 100kg/h. You are not allowed to exceed 100kg/h consistently (whatever that exactly means), though.
The FIA need to clean up their act regarding rules. It's pathetic when a driver does nothing wrong, yet he gets the end result. Utterly pathetic.

If the flow did exceed the limit, yet they still put it in fuel saving, it'd suggest that Red Bull had no idea, and the exceedance would have therefore had no effect upon the results. If he owes his finishing position to a car that BREAKS THE RULES then exclusion is correct.
Is controlling the fuel flow done by the driver or the team? I don't understand..
Villeneuve was second in 1996, that was the record.Magnussen has now broken Hamilton's podium record as he moves to 2nd.
The 5th for Bottas now means Williams have double the points from 2013.

@hsv010 Where are you getting your information about disqualification?
