I put the FM7 race tracks into a spread and came up with some numbers.
There are currently
32 racing circuits in the game.
Those 32 racing circuits make a combined total of
122 track configurations (AKA layouts or ribbons) to race on. (reverse races count as well)
If you add in day/night/rain variants on those 122 configurations then you come up with
200 combinations to race on.
Those 200 combinations will each have a ranking for all 9 car classes in the game (XPRSABCDE) adding up to
1800 different leaderboards.
Good luck!
Some other interesting data:
Top 3 of most combinations per racing circuit:
1) Virginia (21 combinations)
2) Top Gear (14 combinations)
3) Homestead (12 combinations)
Top 3 of most configurations per track:
1) Rio (10 ribbons)
2) Dubai (8 ribbons)
3) Top Gear / Virginia (7 ribbons)
Top 3 of most configurations per track (excluding reverse tracks):
1) Virginia (7 ribbons)
2) Homestead (6 ribbons)
3) Rio / Road America / Suzuka / Yas Marina (5 ribbons)
There are 4 circuits with only 1 track configuration in the game:
Spa, Mazda Raceway, Mount Panorama, Test Track Airfield
There are 3 circuits with only 1 track configuration and 1 weather scenario (=daytime) in the game:
Mazda Raceway, Mount Panorama, Test Track Airfield
Only 6 circuits in the game have all 3 weather scenarios available (day, rain, night):
Spa-Francorchamps, Le Mans, Nurburgring, Sebring, Silverstone, Virginia
More than half of the racing circuits (17 out of 32) don't have any other weather scenario than daytime setting. So much for the title selling itself with dynamic weather.
And interestingly, I could not find a setting for dynamic weather in the free play options. Either I missed it or it's just not possible to race on this other than via career mode? (or maybe using the career mode division track playlist from free play mode but I have not tried that)
