Great race everyone

It was really hard to concentrate whenever I had another car in front of me, not least due to the dirty air making corners like Tabac (which I don't like at the best of times) particularly nasty.

I did have one chance to overtake WRP when he spun at the hairpin, but sadly I messed up myself after seeing him. Had I not messed up there, I probably could have finished a bit higher (maybe as good as 5th?).

Still, I'm content with 8th place, it's a solid result considering the level of competition. Congrats to Bart for beating us all

The organizers would like to ask the drivers to communicate the strategies they used. Here's my race for example (do not include the pace lap):

Softs (18 Laps)
Softs (18 Laps)
Softs (1 Lap)*
Hards (19 Laps)
Hards (22 Laps)

*On 2nd pit, I hit OK too soon before changing the tire selection so I came right back in the pits next lap and switched to hards. I also accidentally added all the fuel so I didn't need any on my last stop. Cost me time in pits plus ran full fuel when there was no need and thus could only manage 19 laps on hard for that stint.

That's what I assumed... I was just cruising up the inside wall and then *boom* I'm facing the wrong direction. It was so sudden and violent I figured it had to be the internet's doing.

Has anybody got a PAL replay the can send me, I didn't save it whilst in the lobby. I want to check it registered I went Racing Soft, Racing Soft, Racing Hard, Racing Hard.. after looking at oinks stream it doesn't it registered the change on my 2nd stop. ?

My plan was to pit a little early put hards on, and gain a few positions whilst I wasn't in slipstream. What happened was I accidently put softs on, and still was in draft when I came out

Out of interest, I put in 27, 27 and 25 litres on each stop respectively. Could have saved a few seconds by putting in less, but it wouldn't have affected the final result.

I think that was the laps, it's around that anyway as my strat was 21/21/18/18 but changed it slightly due to track and stuff.

That would be 3 full stints on Softs which is against the regulations? The 1 lap mistake would be overlooked as you came in after the out-lap and paid the price.
