Tried the Fina F1. Oh, yes, it can get out of shape. Entering Indianapolis

Haven't driven the car since GT4. One of my favourites back then. Glad I buckled down and changed my mind to get it. No doubt the higher payouts helped, but I was also at the end of collecting what I wanted. Happy PD finally fully rendered this car. In the same breath, including the CLK.
For those that haven’t bought or are waiting for the 911 GT1. Buy it. I’ve tuned it with the same default suspension and diff settings as the the CLK & F1. Full race transmission and carbon brakes. It’s 250kg heavier and the downforce 300/450 vs 580/790, makes a difference, but even set a PP 755.20(598BHP on RM), it gets the job done to mimic the race cars.
I only bought engine parts I can remove, just in case I want to revert back to stock. Other than that, the 911 GT1 is butter smooth. Sounds fantastic. It rides better than the other two and is closer in handling to the CLK.
I‘m also waiting for the F40, but the three GT1 cars, I dare say, are trumping my beloved Group C cars for best cars in the game. They sit just above the GT500 ‘08 and just below the GT500 ‘16 cars. Being fast enough, but not ultra fast. Yet, fast enough to enjoy driving fast. The real Holy Trinity in my book.
Been doing Custom Races with all the Group C cars, JGTC GT500 cars, DBR9, M3 GT, Diablo, Countach(set to JGTC specs), Alfa 155, GT2-spec Viper & 993 RS CS, GT2-spec NSX, DTM E30 and a JGTC GT300 spec S15 TC. Been having fun with them all. Next, I’ll add all the Super GT cars from ‘08 & ’16 to replace the tuned cars, bar the Diablo. Just to see how they all play together.
