The Winner is........... @GTRacer22 Congrats
The Circuit looks very much what FE would do and having driven all around the DC area it is also the most realistic option as well.
Thanks! I'm completely surprised, I didn't think my entry would've been that good.

Description: For this week, we'll be visiting New York City! This'll be a track for touring car racing. Clockwise, counterclockwise, either works! Make sure you do have a pit lane, but it doesn't have to run alongside the track. Keep it within 2-3 miles, and on the public roads.

Location: New York City
Length: 2-3 miles
Style: Touring Car Circuit

I did my best. Runs clockwise, and the pit lane is the unnamed road that runs along the side of the park.

Also, to clarify, New York City does include all of the boroughs such as Manhattan, Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, etc. :)

Sacrificed landmarks for...a better course.

Track runs clockwise, pits and start/finish on Central Rd.

The bottom half of the track may look disconnected, but it's not. The intersection is just split in two.
Here's my entry:

New York City Street Circuit

2.84 Miles
20 Turns

Track runs clockwise

Start/Finish is located on 9A at the intersection with Liberty Ave, which is right beside the World Trade Centre.

Pits are located on 9A beside the Start/Finish.
Proof that you can make a great circuit in New York. 👍

Can't wait to see more entries, so keep 'em comin'! :D

Alright I swear, if this doesn't count...

Governors Island Touring Circuit
2.16 miles
29 turns
Clockwise
Located on Govenors Island (Very, very New York City )
Island can be accessed by ferry, so there are still public roads
Start/Finish is just a few hundred feet after the main markers

(Waits for comments saying that it's not public roads or that it's not a part of New York :indiff:)

That checks out.

I apologize to everyone for making this so hard.... should've really thought this through beforehand. :indiff: Next time will be much different. 👍
