Wait.........GT5 IS playable at Gamescom show floor

All you clever dicks who keep pointing out that no official announcement was made concerning GT5 information to be given at GamesCom seem to be forgetting that the GT5 trailer at E3 was not expected beforehand. After the E3 trailer it is perfectly reasonable to expect PD to provide some more details at the major European event. Just to completely ignore the game given the interest in it is very poor. I'm afraid GT fans are paying the price for Sony pushing GTpsp, a game most GT fans have little interest in.

Yeah, we've waited 5 years, only a few months left till we will almost definantly get the GT5 release, if not in a few months then all hell will break loose.

Yeah, instead of GTPlanet, it will be more like Fallujah-Planet

This is actually becoming sort of amusing to me. I have been really annoyed at the lack of information/release date on GT5, but I'm starting to get a little perspective on it now. If anything, I'm sort of "meh" about the prospect of GT5.
After all, how can it possibly live up to the expectations people have built up for it?

Firstly, no I'm not forgetting that. Note how they didn't promise anything about GT, then, bam GT5 teaser video. So they actually provided more than they said they would.

Secondly, it didn't stop hundreds of people on this site absolutely losing it when Kaz went off that there'd been no GT5 news - with one member going so far as to say amar should hang himself. They were expecting it anyway and went loopy when it didn't arrive (and then it did again at the end!).

It's not reasonable at all. They promised nothing, so expecting them to deliver something is pretty much the definition of unreasonable.

I preordered my copy of GTM when it was announced. GTM revealed the presence of the Enzo, the Veyron and Lamborghini in the GT series. GTM is supposed to interact with GT5 and allow you to unlock cars in GT5 as you unlock them in GTM (and possibly vice versa).

GT fans should be interested in GTM.
