this is hilarious watching people who only have google translator to translate this text and freak out over it. ill wait for a proper translation of it before i even come close to making a conclusion

What do people here think the reason could be for GT5 being pulled from the Sony press conference?

What comes to mind is that Yamauchi is having his own conference or simply TGS is where information will be announced. I can read Japanese and the article was still fruity.

I think GT5 info will still be released at GC.

Even my Japanese family members found the info unclear in places of the article.

Here is some images and a better translation.

well i dont think it was pulled from the press confrence seeing as they never said it would be in the press confrence. but it could be for the last time that kaz wasnt even in Europe at the time seeing as hes been in Montery California for the last 3 days at the historics weekend promoting GTPSP.

Forget what Sony said a guy working for a Fin gaming magazine said it was pulled. Before anyone attacks me he has leaked many announcements before. The same guy I mentioned in the OP.

I wonder if someone at PD lost their job for posting that feature list....

I think the reason there is so much uncertainty with it is that the points we don't understand, would have funnily enough been explained with the press conference associated with it.

I say we just wait and not give up on GT5 at Gamescom yet

I don't think interior is the right word in the translation, rather it should be 'internal'. As in, most cars are modeled as skins but the premium models are modeled with accurate internal parts and damage modeling applied accordingly. i.e. the next time someone shunts you into the sand at Suzuka they're going to lose a radiator.

Thats what I'm thinking..... or is that hoping...

So what time is the info likely to start rolling in, all day or later in the evening like well, that would be yesterday now for me lol, the hardcore insomniac that i am?

you know what i hate pd, i never get excited about video games anymore but goddamn gt5 is just different. they have some how managed to make me totally excited about this game

-> Hmm...none of them says "GT5" though. Will that be a souped up version of GT5P demo? :indiff:
