Fact is Sony/PD promised nothing from GamesCom. Getting all bent out of shape about it doesn't change a thing.

What surprises me is, why didn't appear anything of this in the Sony GamesCom press conference? I mean, ok, not everyone who has a PS3 likes car sims, but damn. Gran Turismo is one of the most important Playstation series! Why? Really, don't understand some politics

The first picture shown has a caption explaining that this is the 'Gamescom' special version of GT5?

This could of course be a google translation error or misinterpretation, we need those Japanese friends and girlfriends again!

-possibly only 170 new models at release (and 70 of those are probably the gt5p cars) but for the first time ever cars can be added easily via dlc. and i would be amazed if the other 840 are at gt4 graphics, i would guess all of them are gt5 level with interiors.

the damage bit is too vague to guess.

The only thing i'm even slightly disappointed in is that there's only 20 individual locations, it's certainly not as much as i was execting (especially considering GT PSP has more), but i'm pretty sure that the little snippet about it being a GamesCom edition mean it could have more in the full retail version (the GT PSP E3 demo had 7 tracks i think).

I noticed you bolded only half of the phrase in question, just for reference because I get your point either way the phrase "clever dick" and the singular use of "dick" in descriptive terms are very different. The phrase"clever dick" is not an insult, it can be used sarcastically aas it was to imply a lower level of intelligence but it is pretty much on a par with calling someone a smart alec in a sarcastic tone. I get your point which is valid but I wasn't sure if you wern't aware of the phrase and felt that he was swearing at people .

Do you guys think the 170 cars with "inside damage" could mean literally in the car, like engine & transmission, etc. It would make sense because NASCAR & The Rally Cars are probably most important for "inside damage"? Transmission problems & stuff like that occurs a lot in NASCAR. & Rally Cars get beaten up the most amongst all the types in GT5
