Race Rules
Car must remain stock! No bolt-ons/modifications! Although you can tune your car
By 'tune your car', meaning you can tweak your suspensions, aero, trans, brake setups.
Tires: Unrestricted
Oil Change: Allowed
Engine Overhaul: Allowed
Chassis Restoration: Allowed
Installing Modified Parts: Banned!
Tuning (Suspension, Aero, Trans): Allowed
Mandatory Pit Stop: 1
Driving Line: On/Off
Active Steering: Off
Traction Control: Off
Skid Recovery Force: Off
Active Stability Management: Off
Grip Reduction on Wet Track/Track Edge: Real
Mic/Headsets: Off for all drivers except Race Stewards
Gentleman's Rule
GT300 Cars, during idle situations (wide gaps, straightaways, single file), if
you see a GT500 car approaching from behind, please just hold your line and
let the faster car go by. Otherwise, during close racing, heighten your
senses, be on the lookout for flashing beams of white light

NA Super GT Season Qualifying Process
Determining who gets in to race will not be decided through a 'first-come-first-serve'
basis. Entrants must submit a Time Trial lap. Rules below
Time Trial Qualifying
Drivers must submit an 'Official' qualifying lap by posting it here inside the thread.
You can do this by attaching your replay file on your post.
For Example:
Hello everyone! Here is my 'Official' Qualifying Lap Replay Submission
PSN: GTP_Player1
Class: GT300
Lap Time: 1'45.983
Open for review and validation, file below:
*Replay file attached here = OR = Youtube video embedded here*
Anyone of the entrants can review and confirm your lap's validity. Deadline for submitting is
11:59PM PST (GMT-8) Wednesday of the current race week. You can only submit once!
Declare that it is your official lap when you post it!
Rules
- Run in Practice Mode! (Clutch prohibited for G25/G27 users)
- Use soft Racing Tires, keep the car stock!
- 2 wheels on (or vertically in line with) the track at all times
- Rumble/Ripple strips are part of the track
- The green painted concrete next to the rumbles is not part of the track
- Runoff areas are not part of the track
- No contact with walls or object, visible or invisibile
- If you're not 100% sure that your lap is clean, then consider it dirty
- Otherwise, if confirmed dirty, a 5 second penalty will be imposed on your lap
- You can only submit/post your lap once, make it count!
- Feel free to discuss your lap times in the thread
Once the times are confirmed, a list will be posted the next day. There will be 32 drivers in total.
Since we can't race with 32 drivers at the same time, we will split it into to divisions, so there
will be two races per week. 16 drivers in Division 1 and 16 drivers in Division 2.

How to Save, Copy, and Post your Replay
- After your free run in Practice Mode, Select "Save Ghost Replay"
- Exit and go to Replay Theater Mode
- Select Ghost Replay (Best Lap Replay) and Press Triangle
- Select "Export to Save Data"
- Exit Game and Plug in a remote storage (Flash/Thumb Drive)
- Select Save Data utility and Copy the Replay File to your Flash/Thumb Drive
- Copy Replay from Flash/Thumb Drive to your PC
- Select Replay File, Right click, and Compress to a folder (You need winRar for this, its a free DL)
- Go to "WSGTC" Thread and post a reply with your replay file attached
- Drink your coffee and look out your window. Bask in your own Glory!
- Wait for someone to confirm that its clean and valid
- Alternative - Upload a video of your lap on YouTube and post it here! (Use chase Cam!)

Setting Grid Positions on Race Day
To stay true to the qualifying speeds, we will run 1 parade lap. After the
race countdown reaches zero, DO NOT MOVE! Hold your positions. Remember your
spot in the qualifying results as well as the person above you and behind you.
Follow the steps below!
Stewards will wear Mics to organize the chaos, in case the mics don't work, follow below..
- Do not move when race countdown reaches zero!
- Remember your Grid Spot! Remember the names of the person infront and behind you beforehand!
- Pole sitter will make his way to the front.
- Pole sitter will go ahead and lead the field maintaining a slow pace
- One by one, fall in line on your predetermined grid spots.
- Pole sitter will lead the whole field the whole lap at 35-55PMH
- Field will approach grid markings before making a full lap
- Pole sitter will take his spot - P1 INSIDE LANE
- Next fastest qualifier - P2 OUTSIDE LANE
- Everyone will take their positions one by one, Hold your Positions!
- Look at the clock at the Top Right Corner of the Screen saying "Total Time"
- Green Flag will be at 5:00'00 exactly! (May depend on track)
- Again, when clock hits 5:00'00 its go time! Green flag! Everyman for himself!

Raceday
There will be 2 races held based on qualifying times on each Race day
Top 8 speeds on each class will be in Division 1 race
Next 8 speeds on each class will be in Division 2 race
So there will be 16 cars for each races making a full divided grid of 32
Division 1 Race
Top 8 Speeds - GT500
Top 8 Speeds - GT300
Division 2 Race
9 - 16 Speeds - GT500
9 - 16 Speeds - GT300
Race 1 and Race 2 will be hosted in the open lobbies. Qualified drivers will be sent a
invited to access the room. Until further notice, only Masi_23 (GTP_Masicampo) will host the
races, otherwise, both races can be held simultaneously with 2 hosts. Volunteers, welcome.
Any driver who pulls out from Division 1 will be replaced by someone from Division 2. Cut off for
replacements will be 2 hours before actual race time. Anyone who pulls out further down the
speed chart (Div 2) will be replaced by someone from the waiting list. Otherwise, if any Division 1
race was held without a full grid, official results from Division 2 will move up depending on the
number of empty spots in Division 1
Note
A replay of the whole race will be saved and reviewed by race stewards!
Incidents must be reported 24 hours after the race. Appropriate penalties will be applied
and announced along with the official results.
