Yeah that game looks awesome, Jack Black is pure class... it looks like a Tenacious D movie he always wanted to make but didnt have the budget for live action filming!
Oh and here is this cool but slightly creepy MS I interaction demonstration with that virtual kid Milo. I seriously hope this 'game' isnt used for all the wrong reasons.

I'm watching the coverage on G4, and so far I'm unimpressed by Nintendo's demonstration. I mean, when you're otherwise at the top of the market catering to something completely different than Microsoft and Sony, you're going to do things differently. If they're making money - I can't blame 'em.

I expected that much but was hoping for a pleasant surprise as I enjoyed the microsoft conference. Hope this motion plus improves the controller. I could never understand the old one as I'd see people swing their arm over their head while bowling and get a strike repeatedly. Worked even when I tried it compared to actually trying to bowl properly.

So, we got 3 or 4 Mario games and Metroid, Wii Fit Plus, and Sports Resort from Nintendo? And Metroid was the big shocker?

Nintendo Conference looked boring. I'll be getting Wii Motion Plus and Resort though. I bet they were crapping their pants after the NATAL demo.
Why do the stupid Nintendo speakers always sound so condescending? I hate that kind of presentation. The lady kept looking at something in the ceiling.

That's the one thing I wish the GTP User Control Panel did, and that is to list the forum each thread is in, just as it does with search results.

The Nintendo presser was... "Meh" at best. There are some neat ideas, especially on the DSi (as my friend Jeff pointed out, "naughty things" are sure to come of it), but outside of that, I don't have much of a reason to nab a Wii outside of my Mom constantly complaining about how badly she wants to play Wii Fit.
I'm not getting my hopes up for Sony, but I'm crossing my fingers for something Gran Turismo. Otherwise, its going to be another year without a PS3.

Great! Thanks. I was going to make a thread myself but after seeing what a good job you did putting this one together, I decided not to. Then, of course, everyone began to talk about everything else instead of just PS3.

I've already said how impressed I was with the NATAL... but saying everyone is crapping their pants is just pure hyperbole.
As for no controller, you don't have to wait for games that support NATAL. Get yourself a PS Eye and download Operation Creature Feature, Trials of Topaq, among others from the PSN store. Load it up and put the controller down and have fun. Operation Creature Feature is also a great party game as it get's really interesting when you play with multiple people at the same time... it's the new "Twister".

Like other screens in Home, if you walk up to it you'll see "Screen" show up at the bottom of the display window in Home, and then you can select "Full Screen" and it will place your view dead center to the screen and fill most of your view in Home with the screen.
If you have trouble getting the "Screen" message to pop-up because there are too many people around you. All you have to do is press X on anyone's name, and press the right or left D-Pad button untill the "Screen" message pops up. 👍
You can use this same method for playing mini-games in Home where there are lots of people hanging out around the area where the mini-game popup message will appear.
BTW: When you are using the "View Screen" option, you can still use the right stick to look all around you... which gives an interesting POV seeing as your view point is high above everyone else as you are centered to the screen.
Any way, for those wanting the best view, that's what you'll want to do. 👍
