I was of the thought that GT had to pit the lap after the DPs . For the NAEC races only.

paulmac2k9I wasn't there but I wish I was .

cnd01I wish you were there too. It was a caution fest, but it was fun.
Kept the racing really close.
I wouldn't call it a caution fest, we definitely had some long runs.
cnd01We were using Racing soft tires, and I made 1 green flag pit stop the whole race. Of course, I was getting 10 or 11 laps on my tires though.
I think I made 2, got lucky with a caution right after the second. Thats how I got the lead.
And Cnd, the time with 5 laps left you didn't, no worries though, I caught up... I was quite quick!
cnd01What did I do that crashed you. I am sorry. I until now didn't know that I crashed you I wish I knew that. I would have waited.
Your front bumper hit my rear bumper.... I think the draft just reeled you in, no worries.
I have an idea for you guys, I was watching the Rolex Series from Watkins Glen and I thought of these sport gt cars. If you guys convert your sport street cars over to gt racing cars for exampe:
BMW to BMW GTR
Chevy to RM Models
RX-8 to RX-8 LM
Audi to Audi LM
Dodge to ACR or LM
Ford to GT40 LM
Ferrari your screwed
Porch your screwed, you know what never mind I didn't think this 1 all the way thru
Daytona was a joke for cautions. Literally it felt like some people were crying for a caution at every little tap. It wasn't like they were pushed off track or anything. Had some huge leads cut right down in that race, and a perfect last minute pitstop strategy that worked so well fall to pieces.
Luckily its gotten better since then.

We have lost some of the slower drivers. I remember having to dodge someone on the infield and two others who collided at the bus stop in one lap, after pitting in the first caution. The infield is actually pretty narrow, especially when compared to all other races (except the end bit of Tokyo).
Then again, the slower drivers weren't calling caution. Including the 2 who I weaved past at the bus stop, which was a pretty genuine caution scenario. Most incidents were DP based (from what I heard). The infield and bus stop aren't exactly the nicest overtaking spots. Not that it was clean on the banks

I feel I was one of those drivers.
Just Daytona and Tokyo. The Pre-Seasons. Or... wait... I think Daytona was the NAEC Season...
We use the Camaro SS, Audi R8 5.2, Ferrari 458, Viper ACR, and Mazda RX-8. We put all possible GT Auto Aero upgrades on them to make them as close to race cars as possible.
joetruckv8Yea but the livery is what makes the replays look good!
cnd01Our GT cars are very equal in lap times, so we get close racing. I think we should still slow them down though. They are simply too fast.
Yep.
About 3 seconds too quick.
It would make GT traffic play a bigger role in the DP race if they are slower.
