Hi ya mate send me a FR im not near my ps3 at the moment but will add you tomorrow you can borrow anything you want.

Will do tomorrow, thanks :)

Amo racing rolls in and sets top times in both TTs

top dog?

fantastic performance but still wanna see his mac f1 set up sheet. The tyres have no grip @ all not sure to add weight and gain more power or less weight less power cos of wheel spin etc 💡💡💡

He is on my friends list and his car is on share but I don't wanna give out his setup without his permission. I haven't, and probably won't, done that TT so I can't tell you anything about how his setup handles. Just ask him, I'm sure he'll help you out.

The last time I saw his replay I could see him struggling for grip, he was on about 75% throttle for half of the lap. :) He's one of the best in the world that's mainly why his time is that good. From past experience more weight and more power produces less wheelspin than less weight and less power.

Just tried the cargonato 2J again, damn its fast. Improved a little.

Thats cargorat Pr1vate, lol. Congrats on the improvement. Drive it like you stole it, lol. (Just don't forget to give it back when your done, lol.)

I gave the Cizeta V16T a couple of laps at Tsukuba TT, bone stock, oil change, a nice wheels, 597 hp, 1640 kg, 549pp, managed a time of 1:05.582, not bad ... really twitchy without any assist, no brake assist of course, the real life car have nothing, not even ABS. This car is so unique in handling :)

I tried this after reading your post - I used a 0/0/0 and no oil change. With 580bhp and 544pp I got 1.07.18 after about 10 laps.

I found the biggest problem was slowing the thing down. It's very fast and quite heavy, so I spent several laps understeering or just locking up. Once I'd sort of got the hang of trail braking into the apex I started to make progress. Interesting car - better suited to more open tracks I think!

Next I tried a tuned Car of the Week Oullim Spirra. At 548 pp I came in at 1:07.17. This is a challenging car!

For fun I then tried XDesperado67's 'Pocket Monster' Diahatsu Cuore at 500pp and got a shade under 1:09.

KB, I got to P207 last night using your setup on my car with a bit more HP. Thanks, man! Nice tune. :)

Great times you have there, I find that Cizeta V16T does understeer heavily if given the throttle too early on corner exit, or brake too late into a corner. Do an oil change, give some more laps, I am sure my time of 1:05.582 can be beaten, I did have some slow moments with that time.

It's fun to do the TT with a variety of cars, I see you are having fun as well:dopey:

Anyone have a mclaren f1 tune for Grand Valley? Or I can post mine and see if someone could help me with the dampers?
I did a couple laps and got a 57.0 after almost crashing twice.

I hope someone can tell me how to make the car less "deadly" but still fast(ish).

EDIT: OK, I looked around and found this tune.

How'd u get the gear numbers to go so low?

Thanks for the tunes! 👍 Where'd that time put you?
Right now I'm "tentatively" 33.
Here is the current list
http://us.gran-turismo.com/us/products/gt5/event/d6437.html
How'd u get the gear numbers to go so low?

I "flipped it"

Step 1: reset the transmission.
Step 2: set the final gear to 5.000 (or whatever is the highest number).
Step 3: set the "top speed" slider to the lowest number.
step 4: set the final gear to 3.296

Then fill in the other numbers.

I don't know if anyone has done this recently, but I just did a lap for the 650pp TT in the '61 Jag at an average speed of 15mph (10:56.726) and at the moment it is ranked 106994th. my real time is only 1:59.339 (573rd at the moment) in the '94 McLaren.

your setup is quite a bit wild to handle, I like the gears but I think moving the weight to +50 is causing too much oversteer for me, it's much better to put it at about 3 or 4 makes the car a bit more easier to handle

I agree, as I stated before, the OP was poorly written up. Not so much worried about the tunes as people will post them anyway, but he really needs to include both events and not just half ass it.

It is his thread he can post whatever he feels like maybe hes not interested in joining the 2j Rapists on tsukuba.

Wow, you go all the way back to a post I posted days ago just to take yet another shot at me. Incredable. If he is going to make a TT thread, he should include both events as others before him have, thats all I was saying. It's funny you pick my post when there were two other people that baisically said the same thing. Any chance you get to take a cheap shot I guess.

I already posted a message to the thread creator. No response. I will make the next thread and continue the consistency you can/have counted on.

Perhaps someone who's favourite quote is "all competitors in the Special Olympics are "retarded" should look at there own motives before questioning others.

What exactly is a 2J rapist, is it that you don't have one or cant drive one? oh that's right you could not make it into the top 10.000.000 at Tsukuba, now I understand...

I'm just kidding KB18FAN!

No problem Gerchu, it's all good. We're cool.
@ Penelope: Don't bother with him, he just likes to take his shots at me for whatever reason. Appreciate you having my back tho.
@Corvette: Like I said, just thought that whoever was going to make the TT thread, they should include both events instead of being biased, thats all. Anyway guys, lets get back on topic with some more friendly and fun competition. Peace my friends.

hello, is anybody out there and is member at Granturismo Stats?
I wish to join there.
Can someone help me please?

best regards

2J rapist ? That's a new one, what does that mean  They are free to choose any car they have or borrow for use with the TT, as long as it can register a valid time. I have a 2J, but I never use it for TT or online. This time around I prefer to use a street car in Tsukuba TT with Cizeta V16T - 1:05.582, did use a race car, ARTA NSX, stock everything, except for custom gearing - with 1:00.991. I know all the hate for 2J when it dominates leaderboard, I don't really care anymore, just look at my friend ranking and try to be on top. My time with the NSX is less than 2 seconds behind from my friend list top time with 2J at 59.xxx, hard to beat this car :)

Just ran an hour stint at Tsukuba and inproved my time to 55.555 for 60th on the board. Made some tweaks to the 2J that really helped. Here it is if anyone wants to try them.
Ballast 79/50
LSD 10/15/6
RH 10/-10
SR 10.0/11.8
EXT 9/3
COMP 6/3
ARB 7/2
CAMBER 1.8/1.3
TOE 0.00/-0.25
BRAKES 2/8
Trans settings are the same except I lowered top speed down to 140mph.
I improved by almost .400 with those changes. Peace.

Hey Everyone;
Been following this thread for a few days. I just got into TT's and having a lot of fun with it. I managed to get 1:01.358 with an FTO Super Touring car. and almost the same with a Opera S2000 on Tsukuba. Can't remember my times with the F1.

Learning lots about improving my driving with these TT's!!

Would love to try a 2J if anyone would let me borrow one.
