I´ve used my suzuka tune this morning too but the goal is not to manage medium and high speed turns anymore. Need more rotation and stability under strong braking.
Need a standart brake around 3/3 and TOE front 1.0 rear -0,75 ..... a torque distribution aaround 40/50 seems ok too.
The result is fast but like any extreme settings not so fun to drive. I don´t think i´ll spend a lot of time on this one.
Good luck everybody.

EDIT: also need max rear downforce.

Thanks @praiano63
51.653 33th at the moment

So at last some love for the tuner cars, but then PD set the PP limit at 600? None of the tuner cars make enough power unless they are heavily modifed, which makes it a bit pointless to me. I wanted to see what they could do out of the box, not have to make them tuned tuner cars :(

Nismo GTR with full weight-reduction + SS tires got an easy gold, too cheap to buy a new vehicle specifically for this.

Might try some oddball vehicles for fun.

We waited 2 weeks for this ?, for shame PD.

Maybe tune a VW Samba Bus got more challenging fun !

Can I swap a bunch of Ruf parts to it ?, cause I totally would do it then !

Speedhunters did a feature on such a creation, but I'm too lazy to dig it up

Hope PD can allow changing engine, at least the brand of the car must be same to the transplant engine , just like real world. Eg. Honda's K series engine transplant to older Honda's B series engine cars. Racing in online room should be fantastic fun !! (Secret weapon) Kkkk...

Scored a time of 55.895 seconds in my Amuse S2000 GT1 Turbo. Only made 2 adjustments; that was setting the top speed at 186 mph and increasing the downforce to 200 front/500 rear.

I tried a few other cars than the ZZII;
The Nissan R390 is really quick. I abhorre Tsukuba, so my best time was a high .53. In the hands of a top driver, I think this may be a contender.
The Gixxer at full tilt is 571pp, and I was able to chime in low .54's.
I even gave my fully tuned (and then adjusted to 600pp) Avendator a go, and that also gave me low .54's.

After a more serious 30 minute run, managed to get my time down to 51.895 @ 53rd atm. with room for improvement. My tune is still pretty basic so still have some work to do there as well. Good luck everyone and if at first you don't secede, keep trying.....your determination will pay off. ;)
Damn! I was so happy to have beaten you! Well, since everybody's driving low 51' times, I think my time was rather rubbish. Back to the track then!

Good job mate. At one point I think 3 of us from my 6 person friend list were in the top 10 👍
Damn I should have but more effort to it yesterday, then I guess most of your friend list would been top ten  But yeah, you obviously have the right people up there :D

I finished the event with getting gold using the Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo at 600 PP. The Sports Computer boosts the horsepower by like 30-40 and I had the transmission set for better acceleration rather than top speed.

I'm a little bummed I had to come off after only an hour. I could have squeezed another 2 tenths I think.

But yeah my friends list is superb!

Had a few hours at this early this morning with my ZZII after squeezing everything I could out of my 550pp Miura for 53.8xx..... It took a few laps to get comfy with the ZZII around the tight turns, then I started to make minor adjustments to my previously used Suzuka tune and managed to start bringing my time down from an initial high 52 to end the session on a 51.367 @#15 at time of registration. I just logged back in to see I've dropped to #18 already....I know there's a few tenths left, so time to get back at it! :D

I don't care once I get gold, I stop after that. I'm a good little prostitute and won't go past the point where I no longer receive financial renumeration. Not a good track for super cars. It's just too short. First pass with ZZII netted an easy silver. Re-geared to a 4.90 R&P and blew into gold on second pass. All done now...

Was hoping for more survival races myself, but oh well. Maybe next week.

Fired up a stock MP4-12C to do a scout lap and golded the first one. So, I guess I am done then.

I try to paint the car I use to gold an event with the paint chip that you win (when allowed), and that color looks pretty sweet on the McLaren.

Back to mopping up the endurance races in the Mazda Vision LMP55.

Please post it using the pretty photoshop img.

I'll try that before moving to a different car. I kind of hate the ZZII.

I couldn't get Gold with a Praiano tuned ZZII. I tuned my own MP4-12C and got nearly 2 seconds faster than gold. 54 something. I'm pretty sure the MP4 can get to the top of the leader board.

And definitely use soft tires not hard.

1st Lap Gold with my Lamborghini Murcielago-SV at 55.934 using a tune from @ImToLegitToQuit. I didn't change the oil, so I'm running the Power Limiter at 100% and 598PP total. You can find the tune HERE. The tune uses a ton of front negative camber (2.5 degrees), so adjust if you aren't comfortable running such a high amount. I kept it at 2.5 and as you see got a Gold with the first lap, so it shouldn't hurt your time if you're used to running camber...

Good luck to all of those who are shooting for the Leaderboard in the ZZII!

Thanks for the praise man. I actually updated this car and never posted it lol. I'll update it soon and shoot you a message

Have you shared this tune somewhere?
