Funny thing about Seabass. When he drives for Starworks, Alex Popow's name on the side of the car is "Seacow". I got a pic of this



Also, notice the flag for Ryan Dalziel It's Ted grinding on a cash register.

Peter Baron has said on another board that calling Alex "seacow" is because he didn't like seeing Seabass on the side of the car when Bourdais first ran for Starworks in the 2 car, so Peter decided to put seacow for Alex because of an episode of The Simpsons. I think Alex was a little plump at the time too, so the shoe fit.

On the midway they have a Mazda setup with the new Mazda 6, Mazda 6 GX car, and B12 Lola from the Leman 24H sitting out on display. Behind those there is a tent with an iRacing simulator hooked up to a G25 wheel. It's even got a moving seat. Once and awhile you'll see a Mazda driver on it.

I played in these at Laguna Seca. I talked myself up, having played GT5 and all. Which worked until the Formula Mazda snapped around on me under braking and downshifting, and I looked like an idiot. Went on to do the 2nd best lap of the day though.

I saw the #4 DP on facebook today. I'm guessing it's off the pace because of Emilio de Guida. Diaz is pretty quick though.

Yeah, last night NASCAR Cup race is rescheduled for today at noon.
Going to try 2 TV's today to watch the 2 races simultaneously.

Ahhhhhhh! His name is everywhere! The plant manager's name at my wok is roughly the same. I actually have to tell myself to relax when I hear Bob Varsha say his name.



What an interesting race, though. I just wish they had shown the last lap in ST.
