I'm confused. The points sheet show the FINAL points or provisional points?

Oh btw, is NTSC deadline tonight at 23:59EST or tomorrow?

As far as I know it should be the final results. I deal with the provisional results and ballast, Its litchi who adds on the penalties for the final results once pure have received the complaints etc.
Also qualifying ends tonight. Midnight Thursday pst

I still can't get my head around how 2 guys who didn't get penalties and scored less than him get ballast ahead of him......

Because of penalties to other drivers he gained points and positions in the races

I think normally if you ran with more weight or less pp, you would be responsible. This time though I believe it to be admin error. The wrong ballast amounts were published earlier in the week.
When you get chance head into one of the rooms and ask for a steward to watch you run.
Then as long as litchi is happy to allow a re run, your new time will stand, better or worse. The other alternative us to stick with your time and be sure to shed the ballast for the race.

Been running good times all night, I almost reached a 1'20.9 in fact, if it wasn't for the last corner. So I decided to qualify in haste, presuming I wouldn't get so near to those times later in the week. And what do I do? All over the place in the 1st lap, go stupidly wide in the 2nd. Fastest clean lap was a 1'28. Such good lap times and I let the pressure get to me again. Feel like I've shot myself in both arms and feet, don't think I've ever been this gutted, makes me just want to give up. Pfft, I'll be lucky to even get into D2.

Not sure what happened here, but I don't see Biffy on the sheet anywhere. Did I miss him backing out, or does he need to be added to the reserve list?

After every race I will publish the latest pp's for the gt300's, I just need someone to do the same for the 500's. We need to get the info on the forum by Sunday every week.

I had to leave the room just as he was about to run so I know he did run (tuesday night it was) cant remember who was in the room watching though.

Got a bit bogged down with actual work in the end this morning, will check quali sheet is up to date shortly

Great stuff, could you add the new values to this thread? The current ballast penalties are in post 2 or 3 of this thread.

Suggestion.


We 14 spots available in each division, but we have 16 places that earn points.
How about div 1 is run as normal. The top 7 qualifyers from each division.
We then run 2 same class races for the remainder, to fight over places 8 to 16.
This way everyone gets to race.
Thoughts?
