SFGTP2 - Los Dos!

It's generally a track that you can run 1 minute 20s or 30s around. We've done Deep Forest, Grand Valley East Reverse, and Autumn Ring Reverse at the previous UKGTPs, so I'm guessing we won't be repeating any. SSR5 prehaps?
 
Opera Paris is a great race we run almost everytime up in Seattle at Bobkart's :)
Glad you can make it fan! Is it me or is this the longest week EVERRRRRRRR.....

^Yeah the end of the first lap of the Opera Paris race had 1st and 4th place .986 seconds apart. :eek:
 
Spoke to Kyle earlier, who at the time was "approaching California" and seemed to be enjoying the journey! :D

For those that haven't noticed the huge gravitational forces in the Bay Area at the moment, Mars has landed, and is probably responsible!!! :P (He's currently de-jetlagging in SF.)

The t-shirts are all done, and I even managed to get alrivers' logos on the right way up this time! 👍 Shame the t-shirt is inside-out though. :dunce: Can't win 'em all!!! (Hahahaha, not really! :lol:)

As everyone has pointed out, the Clio Endurance venue is top secret, only Famine & I know it at the moment, but we're open to bribes. First Dos-ser or Ocho-ist to present either of us with the keys to a brand new DB9 can have the insider info!!!! ;)
In fact, the Clio Endurance, is the only event at the LANs which the car choice is easy to figure out before the day!
 
Ha! I remember when I went to Cabo last summer flyin into S.F. I thought, umm.....really? and where the F- is the landin-....oh okay :) It was cool there for a min. As for the Clio car, I just took it to about 12 different track with RH's and did a few laps to see how the car feels. I'm finally prepared to race with y'all, I have only one concern, can we make a thing about smoking in the garage while we race, no smoking right? Just would kill it for me is all :crazy: Just a thought, not to be a huge bother 👍

Don't think I have the money to get a DB9, but I do have enough saved up to get a laptop PC at Best Buy this weekend.;)

As for the Clio Endurance venue, I take it this was an agreement that you and Famine made not too long ago via conversations between the two of you? Methinks there's going to be some worldwide bragging rights on the line when the race is run this weekend if that's the case.:sly:

There may be a victory cigar consumed outside, assuming any of the victors want a cigar!!!!
But inside is off-limits for smoking, besides this is California, no-one smokes here, 'cos it's practically impossible to smoke anywhere anyway! :lol:

You can smoke wherever you want, just not indoors or outdoors.

oooo, i believed it too! lol. Anywho, have you heard anything from touring mars for a ride yet, sooo as far as i know, he doesn't need one.
 
Great news, I hope I didn't come off like an @$$ asking for a non-smoking garage, it's just that my parents smoked growing up and everything REAKS and its hard to drive with it...</rant> Anyway, thx much everyone, I really to appreciate it :). 12 hours until my plane leaves, w00t! I will *try* to find more time in the clio, this sounds like its an important race here, I say we show those Brit's how to drive an MR boyzz, let's take it to them.

I wouldn't stress too much about the Clio race, it's a team event, (probably in pairs) and in the interests of keeping the racing tight, we'll be teaming up the fastest and slowest drivers (based on results of previous events, no sandbagging though!!! :P) together, 2nd fastest with 2nd slowest, etc. etc.

< 24hrs to go!!! :scared: Not even enough time to slip in a Sarthe Enduro!!! :lol:

Cool some how that's what I thought. Argh... I might be there around 10, I gotta cram all my crap into the car too (mostly the monitor).
 
hmm, thats strange. just had different people check the links in southern california and the east coast, and the links work fine...try using a different browser maybe? if not, i sincerely apologize for the inconvenience
