I've been ahead of Snowyair a couple of times heading into the last corner before binning it on the jump but I improved a bit and I'm currently the fastest non-Japanese player so that's good. 
I don't think it makes a difference which you adjust as long as your speed by the end of the straight is 92/93 mph, I just scrape past 93. There are many small factors which contribute to your time when in a kart so watch a few peoples ghosts and there inputs to determine what makes a fast lap, I'd recommend Racfor's and Snowyair's.

yeh mine was topping out at 91/92 i think. will have a lil play later and adjust the speed too

Of course, I've been quicker than snowyair in every sector but I think I have a better kart than him. I just need to keep it together when I have the chance, it's scary when his ghost is chasing me.

That happens to me everytime I get ahead of him. Sometimes I get lucky to be about 1 tenth ahead with about 3 turns left, then I screw up the next turn.

What I've found is that I've been entering corners differently almost every time so I've gained experience in going around corners incorrectly, today I've focused on mastering a very specific racing line and I seem to be a bit more consistent than before.

Keep going you keep moving up the leaderboard, don't be intimidated by my Senna style gear.
By how much does using auto transmission slow you down? (Deep Forest) I use a Logitech DF Pro wheel which has a tendency to skip gears in manual. For example it'll change from 3rd to 5th, forcing me to then have to change back to 4th again. Because of this, I now just use auto. Does this have a huge effect on your time?
I'm using Yinatos exact setup & I'm ok through the first few corners, but on the straights & sweeps he just seems to pull away, as if his gears are pulling longer.

I'm sorry if I missed the answer to this but I want to get the Kart to use in this race. I went and got a $20 psn card yesterday to buy the DLC but then read that the only one you can use was one that was a gift(gift from where?) So can I use the one from the DLC or not? I just don't want to waist the PSN card if I'm not going to get a kart I can use.

Decided yesterday to ditch that GSX time and try my 125 SPL and got a :58.7 gonna try at it again today.

Have anyone seen Racfor's new Best time at London TT ?
Weird that his lap counts A's he slams his kart in the wall at the first corner, looks intention ?
Yeah I looked at his first sector and he got a 14.8, helps when you do most of your braking in about 5 feet. Too bad that counts. Or are we all going to go start slamming the wall?

I was leading Racfor as I hit the final bump but I had a terrible landing and I was a tenth down in the first sector, basically he got the luck exactly where he needed it, I was faster in every other corner. Arrgghh I'm so frustrated. 
Went ahead and got the DLC plus my son wanted the Jag racer. Went to a practice course, changed my tires and just ran a 54'(course that was in the first section because I kept spinning out every time I hit the stupid curbs) haha. Starting to get the hang of it though.
Is anyone using Ballast? I added some to the rear and it made a world of difference but still fiddling with the trans setting.

Haha just saw that, I also noticed that there is only 1 japanese player in the top 100 on that TT.
I think I counted 40 on London.
