New TT 33 & DT 33

My 125SPL has 320 miles on it and is still only showing 29bhp with 502PP... how many more miles until 31bhp?
Did you go to GT Auto and rebuild the engine?

Did a few 56.0s today, it seems whenever I have a slow first sector I set my fastest time in the final sector. By the way thanks doodle for your line in the second to last corner, when I first saw you do it I thought that can't be fast but for me it turned out to be much better than the traditional London line.

It says "The engine doesn't need rebuilding yet", and oil change says "Oil doesn't need changing yet" :grumpy:

I haven't tried the engine rebuild, won't let me change the oil. I've got 320K on mine now and it's at 29hp. Did a 57.2 something though. That last corner gets me every time. If I ever get that right I'm sure I'll be in the 56s, but no chance of catching the master of kart space. :sly:

Edit: tried the engine rebuild, nope.

I haven't done this myself but.... All the people trying to run a kart in to get the HP up, can't you get bob to do it? I'm guessing put him in the longest race you can that's not insanely long and let him clock up the miles. Sure he will come last but at least you'll get the miles you need on your karts. 💡 ;)

best LSD settings for Audi r8 on deep forest?

5, 5

60, 60

10, 10

Seriously, the car cannot spin out under acceleration. Acceleration (LSD) at 60 allows for maximum acceleration with little to no understeer. When you approach 5, you're going to have understeer but more stability and grip. However, the R8 remains so planted to the surface that if you're not using 60, you're losing precious time. The all-wheel drive car behaves so well that it can handle 60 while most cars cannot.

We can't enter the Karts in any A-Spec or B-Spec events, unfortunately. :grumpy:

I've taken to running around RouteX in practice mode... how sad.

Anyone willing to post a photo of their 31bhp 125SPL showing mileage amount, so we're not chasing rainbows here?

Thx for sharing your set up, mate. Still fighting with it and can't get under 1.19. Will try tonight run more laps with your set up. 1.16 is creazy. Well done...I presume your max speed is miles/h isn't? How to properly set up transmission? When I trying put in exact same figures I even don't have them there :grumpy:
Hope you'll get sorted your trouble soon. Take care mate.

Ah didn't think of that! Maybe I should test my theory's 1st. 💡

I'm not doing it myself, 2 extra horse's isn't going to improve my awful driving skills! :(

What about the b-spec seasonal's? Is that not an option either?

You can enter it in the B Spec seasonal - the 650pp event (No. 2, I think it is) - 2 laps on the 'ring. Just leave Bob to his own devices & keep re-doing it. He takes about 12 min. a lap, I think.

Oh, and it pays reasonable credits to boot... :)

What front/rear setting do you use? (Eg: 70%/30%, etc.) Thanks in advance.

Cheers yinato, and great lap by the way! 👍 I was playing around with ballast yesterday and got a 1.17.9, can't wait to give this setup a shot tonight.

I've done 502.8 miles now in the kart and I can't rebuild engine/oil change it still has 28/29 bhp at 499 PP, I need that little bit extra to make the top 10. Anyone willing to share a 500 PP kart please?

I am in the same boat, constantly right at 1:20.1xx. Finally got below 1:20 but maybe I am just not the best driver. I will try this setup and see if I can at least get below 1:19

Down to 56.541 for the London TT with the 125 kart, but still over 1 sec to first place jezz...

I'm pretty close to my limit at London. I've probably done about 100 laps since I got my 55.851. If I can string together my best sectors. I would be comfortably in 3rd. But for now, it's on to Deep Forest.

I reset the transmission, then set the max speed to 124mph, then set the final gear and the rest as per Yinato's settings, hope this helps.

I stuck was at 1.19.5 and not getting any quicker- tried Yinato's settings and I'm down to 1.18.2 and I know there's more to come. Thanks for sharing Yinato! Much trickier to drive than my previous set-up, but its certainly faster.

Thanks for the set up... tried it and improved to a 17.1 for 28th place 👍

However, if I replicate your settings and mods I can only get to 507bhp for some reason... those few extra ponies wouldn't get me in to the top 10, but they might get me a high 16.

The long double left is killing me... the car just won't turn in to the 2nd apex.

Hi Chris, with the pp restricted tt's I usually try all turbo options to get the highest hp that fits the regs, its alot harder when n/a tune is involved. Anyway, the torque that's factored into the pp equation is usually slower then pure hp.

👍

a lot of thanx YINATO! witht your setup i am close to "16'"... you are a great person to post it ...thanx again! ...hey why there are two "yinato" on the leaderboards?

What front/rear setting do you use? (Eg: 70%/30%, etc.) Thanks in advance.

30 front/70 rear is the correct torque split for this car. It took me a few days to figure it out, even before Yinato posted his friend's tune.

With the 30/70 split, you might want to reduce the rear LSD to a lower number. Say 25. It's all dependent on the driver, though.

From a Ford Guy to a Chevy Guy (based on Avatars / Handle ) I just wanted to say thank you for the sharing some insights on sets up "AGAIN" 👍...You are too nice to be a Chevy Guy :)

LSD settings helped a ton! Doubtful I will stay under 200 for long, but I got more time to make up on some turns.

Thank you again
