New TT 33 & DT 33

Anybody got a setup for the GSXR for London. I just got one off the used dealership (finally) and don't have any good setups. My Lotus Elise 111R was good for a .59xxx and crushing the times I could get trying the Suzuki. I know it's gotta be the setup. Somebody help me find the potential in this little 4 wheeled motorcycle

What the.. I thought this was odd, because of sports soft tyres on karts.
Tried it and sure enough I cannot enter. :dunce:

The 125 SPL can change tires. Just go to were you would parts like weight reduction.

German car - Maybe that classic of Bavarian Design... the Mini...

Deep Forest - nice... But does everyone cheat and cut the concrete before split 1?

(If only they knew the off road route when you turn right just before this, avoiding the tiny twin tunnels and the sylvan glade.)

Yea, diogo and estramonia23 just told me.

You can purchase differant tyres for the 125 SPL Kart from GT Life --> Tuning shop!

Clearly a glitch, because nowhere can you actually then change the tyres.

You can do a pit stop and change the tires. Just go to a track that has pits, change the tires to what you want and those will stay until you change them again.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mini
The Mini is a small car that was made by the British Motor Corporation (BMC) and its successors from 1959 until 2000. The original is considered a British icon of the 1960s,[3][4][5] and its space-saving front-wheel-drive layout (which allowed 80% of the area of the car's floorpan to be used for passengers and luggage) influenced a generation of car-makers.

Just clocked a 1:18.213 (35th) in the 560PP TT might be early on but im very happy with that as im usualy no where near top 256 pace :D.

Next you'll tell me the V12 LMR isn't German either, and was built in England...

Or the BMW McLaren F1 GTR wasn't built in Bavaria either.

At least the lederhosen wearing, beer swilling, sausage gobbling, Opel Speedster wasn't built in Norfolk, despite looking like a plump Elise...

...hold on a minute...

-----------

All fun aside, Opel Speedster sounds quite nice for a chuck about at old DFR

Im currently 573 in deep forest i cant believe how much faster the 4.2 is over the 5.2.
The fastest one is 131 spot 1.7 off the leader even a few Nardo's beat it.
I dont think Audi would like how badly the V8 is Beating the V10.

I beat the TT first attempt with a 430PP Golf R - the only thing I don't like about TTs is that you only win the money once, it should be once per car and with less winings, like 100,000cr, 50k, 25k for G, S, B respectively. I ended up getting a standard Audi quattro around in 1:22 - was right up there in the first 15 minutes :D Was 34th, for about 30 seconds! haha.

Just did with SL 600 (R230) '04 German Car Drift Trial at Tsukuba Circuit 25351 pts :)
I think that is enought to stay on top 250 👍
Just Pm if someone intrested SL 600 drift tune (It isn't perfect yet, but im working on it) 👍

My setup for deep forest
511cv 1404kg
40 -20 1,8 1,4
13,3 8,3 -0,15 0,20
4 4
4 4
4 7
lsd
10 17 29
10 40 13 f35 r65
Try but i'm not a top player :D my time 1.18.9

Nothing to be too excited about, but this is the first time I've beat both TTs on my first lap out of the gate.

Used a stock SLS I've never driven(other than the one in AMG Academy), and my trusty stock 2010 Camaro SS. Ran 2-3 more laps each to clean up my lines a little, resulting in a surprising ~6,000 position on London with a not terribly good lap in a [admittedly good] stock car. I guess people must not like London very much.

I just always manage to have one huge moment or to do something that turns the lap red on my very first lap, so I'm pretty happy about that.

Good events this week.

Deep Forest TT: M5 (premium) tuned as a track car at 560pp for an easy 3 secs under. Love the M5 - fairly forgiving but still edgey: one wrong prod on the gas and it will bite.

London TT: Elise RM for about 3 secs under again. 500pp and nicely balanced. Had to go British!

Tsukuba DT: Same M5 for 12.5k. Got to love Tsukuba for drifting.

GV DT: in progress with my tuned XKR. Got silver on first attempt and hit 20 mil credits, so came out to spend some cash. Meh.

I feel Im only who likes DT's
Nice to see someone else even bothered to do them :)
Edit: I understand that drift setup is easy to make..I think that is reason why no one asked

Managed to beat both TT's by 7 seconds, gsx at london, r8 at deep forest. 4xxth at london, 10xxth at deep forest, could improve with some better set ups.

Drift trials are ok but the points system is mucked up imo so I dont pay much attension to the top scores. (Silly tyre combo and controller users, yawn!)

Whao!

In the 125 SPL Kart!!

I've never seen anyone get a sub 56 lap in a go kart. The fastest I've seen was a 56.070 by me. Of course I don't know what I'm capable of yet because I'm still on vacation.

Looks like only a few of us bother with the DT's. I love them and they have helped me understand the physics better than before I started in January, this year. Time trials are so easy now, that I just go for a respectable time and get on with the Drifting.

I'm going to try the M5 and M3 tonight on the Tsukuba DT. I used the SLS and got a little over 14k with it. I'm still not happy with that score. I want at least 20K before I stop doing it.

On Grand Valley, I'm sitting at 12,3xx and while my goal is usually to double the gold score, I feel like I can get much more points out of it. Just having a hard time with consistant scores. Most times I'm in the 10k range with occasional 11K+.

ANd if you dont have Sl600 I can send tomorrow one for you 👍

Just watched the replay of the lead time on london in the racing cart 125 SPL, I can't even get my cart close to the speed he's going when he crosses the start line :(

Lost interest very quickly in the DFR event due to the crazy amount of people taking the shortcut before the first tunnel, just doesn't feel right cutting it and you wont be anywhere near the top if you don't! simple as that :dopey:

To each their own but it just feels like a sloppy end product to me when the lap is complete 👎 will go try london and see if its full of wallriders there eh? :sly:

Just because the 1st place guy uses such tactics doesn't necessarily mean you should lower your own standards just to try and match him, he aint all that in the first place methinks ;)

I do it off my own back and then check the top guys just to see what's going on and how they do it and have a go! ;)

Turns out my crap driving skills and that little cart are not a good mix! :( :dunce:
