Great, seems I have found some serious racing for Gran Turismo !

Wonder what I need to do to sign up, out of the initial post I guess just post a replay file for qualifying ?
ABS disallowed as well btw ?

And seeing this replay of you going round Monaco makes me wonder if cutting the chicane here, or any for that matter, after the tunnel is allowed in this series ?

That's not cutting, even though it looks like it. Standard rules around these parts are it's not cutting if you have two wheels on the track, and red and whites are considered to be part of the track.


Also, I'll be there to fill in when people don't show up, I'm just not qualifying again. I'll be in the RX7 just to spice things up.

Rules: Always 2 tyres on track at all times. Curbs are part of the track.
For Monaco It's hard to be "outside" cause of the guard rails. This rule is more usfull for other tracks altough you actuallt can cut that chicane to much, but it's not optimal for exit-speed anyway.

Advantage? It's the same rules for everyone 👍

But I understand your point. Thing is, even IRL racing 2 tyres can be outside the track without penalty (depends on where, and the situation ofc). But they have race-control for that. In Online-racing everything has to be one way or the other.

Yes, as everyone has already mentioned, it is allowed to an extent. I actually did not mean to cut it that much, i misjudged and braked a bit late. I could've picked up a few tenths there looking at my exit.

I hope a room is up for practice tonight guys. I won't be able to make the race tomorrow, my Girlfriends buddy has been sick for quite some time now ( CANCER ) and she just sliped into a coma early today so we all fear the worse here, it might be over by tomorrow so i need to be with my GF and support her.

I am already looking forward to the start of this wonderfull season but i hope you guys understand my situation tomorrow but i am here tonight and would love to join a practice session.

You don't have to submit a quali lap since its already past the deadline.


But for the replay, after finishing your free-run in practice mode, you have to select "Save Ghost Replay" ...this automatically saves your fastest lap on that last run.

If you're having more problems, check post 2 for step by step instructions.
