Ferrari FXX Super Lap

my neck is down, i can't drive from 3 days .... can improve my 1.32.6xx .... 32.450 for me is possible.... but i have to talk with my neck first ...... and where are the aliens who beat me with mazda? In Time trial like this you can see the driver... not with car with setup.

Like Gogga said, I didn't mean for the seasonal. I know it's non-tunable. He bought the car by mistake, so to lessen the pain, I suggested he puts Praianos tune on it... (For general use.) 👍

I think a lot of the super aliens are just putting in a few laps and moving on with this tt. I did a few laps last night and suprised i ended up in 23rd on my Don account. It normally takes me a good 2-3 hours to get in that position but i just can't be bothered with this one to be honest. Too much throttle work and invisible jibs.

Well, Then i believe it won't be an issue for ya to beat the japanese guy if you get interested in it mate lol.

I haven't seen Holland even play gran turismo since he set his lap. Not on that account at least. Immortal will stop at nothing to win though I think.

I live about 15 minutes driving(normal driving ABS on, TC ☺️) from Monza. Had to get gold. Abs +1, everything else off. l2/R2 for brake and acceleration and x/o for down and upshifting. Still have to nail the Ascari down better though. In 2001 i was a passenger in a lotus Elise(192cv), also MR, when we exited the Ascari the pilot lost the back end and we did a 180 degree skid ending up parallel to the guardrail. However the rear wheel being on the corner struck... Accelerating away we immediately noticed the car jiggling in the back.... it being a Lotus track day I cannot tell you how much heartbreak this caused to the others.
Someone wrote to start breaking at the 200m sign which works for me as well. It might for you especially before entering ascari, whereas at the parabolica you could start breaking a little bit after passing the 200m mark.

Same. The DS reminded me of using old school dual stick radios for RC cars. Except, y'know, the left stick was throttle / brake and the right was steering.

Anyway... 1:38.295 with everything off. It's within grasp, unless I launch something at my screen if I blow Variante Ascari again.

this is mi alien setup, when im have time, im no have problem for have race with you, i show you my slow hands.

Nice combo ferrari fxx and monza... i dont like racing hard tyres and SRF but, in my first time test tyres racing hard in gt6, and i see posible for mi 32 3 in this time trial... now i go with only 40 km last evening in 32 6 in clean lap, im no have lot of time for join in gt6

Well i think i'll give this tt a go until the end now. I put in 500km this morning and posted a time of 1:32:822 for 14th place. I'm really struggling with the 2nd chicane and the S bend leading onto the long straight. If i can nail them, i can see myself getting a top 10 place.

Yesterday finally cracked the gold time. With DS3 and only ABS@1 (1:37,882).

Do like this TT, finally a challenge.

Having a blast with this one. Currently, 1:35.988 only with ABS1 I'm kinda proud now lol Even so, a great lap and only 1725 xD I would love to know if my lap is on TOP100 without SRF. There should be a filter or something. Simple thing and they (PD) don't make it lol

I'd say that is probably TOP 10 for no SRF, maybe even TOP 5, there is only 1 of the GTP-no-srf-friends-group at the moment with a lower time than yours, it's not by very much either, and he is currently top non-SRF player on my friend-list LB for this TT. 👍

It's tough to lap such a fast time as yours without SRF, I am currently at 1:37.337 and will be having another run at it soon.

I'm back on 1:36'3 but haven't hooked together my best corners, will be aming for .4 second quicker tonight.
Finding it tough to drive the long corners smoothly with my controller and I'm useless at the lesmos ones 👎

I tried this last night and I didn't do too well. It was hard for to keep the FXX on track and my bad braking points were off. Oh well that when you try to race late at night sometimes. I have read through this thread and I find it interesting that people are to use the DS3 to get such fast times. I use it myself but I'm not anywhere near those guys. Anyway I think I might try again tonight with ABS on.

It's probably even harder on the controller :S you have golden fingers my friend I'm using a T500 and it's not easy to handle the FXX, can't even imagine it with a controller. Big Thumbs up to you!

Apparently it's not, but like I said, it probably just suits my driving style. I got gold on my 3rd lap I think, and there is a lot left IMO. I think I'll blast it tonight, it's so damn fun!

I've mostly been avoiding the seasonal events given that SRF usually makes the cars feel awkward, but since I did this combo in the WRS and liked it so much, I thought I'd give this one a try.

So far I'm up to 45th with a 1:33.312. I think there's another 0.3 to be found in the first two sectors, though actually shaving off that time will be extremely difficult.

Had my first short run on this TT. Having previously used an FXX in Monza has anyone else noticed that this car has a tonne more grip and stops better than the standard car I can brake so much later what's up with that

I would say the most important thing is throttle control, you need to slide the car into the corner and then get on the throttle as early as possible. The problem is SRF seems to amplify throttle inputs, so it is very easy to put in too much/too little and spin off/understeer wide, and the earlier you put the throttle down, the more precise you have to be.
