I think it is the torque distributor (front/rear)
Looking at the numbers it seems he "flipped" the transmission.
  • re-rest the transmission to default
  • Set the final gear all the way to the right or to it's maximum value (5.0 or 5.5 I think)
  • Set the top speed to 200 km/h
  • now set the final gear to 4.583
  • Now set each gear to the numbers below:
    1. 2.621
    2. 2.030
    3. 1.616
    4. 1.295
    5. 1.062
    6. 0.918

I will try this tonight because I can't get these values, for gears 4-5-6.

I noticed with stage 1 turbo,my pp went from 539 to 541.
I used turbo 1 together with yinatos settings and shaved a tenth off my time on eiger going from a 04.75 to a 04.65 but i think that was more to do with me getting a better lap rather than it making much difference.
if i got a better lap i could probably go down to a 04.3 ish,but i cant seem to get a fluid lap together.

i usually go for my time from my first lap and if/when i stuff it up,i restart and try again.
should i keep doing this or go for lap after lap stints?
i did hear that the fastest lap is always the first one-is this correct?

Finally broke into the 38s on kart space, if I can do a lap where everything goes to plan I'll be quite close to yinato. I want to make sure I've done a solid top ten lap before I have another go on Eiger.

That's probably because the sort of people who are seriously going for the fastest lap aim to be perfect, anything much less and they want to restart to have another go.

I reset the transmission, set Max. Speed to 200 km/h and then I set gears 1°,2°,3°,4°,5°,6° and finally the Final Gear.

"Par", "torque" or "momento" is the way in spanish speaker called to the Torque like you knows, so yes it is the Torque Distribution.

Now at a 39.026 and edging closer to the 38 second mark. I lost about 1-2 tenths on the last sector so theres pleanty of improvement leff in me.

Nice time doodle. You do that with the stick? That's wild. I played the original gt through 4 with the stick but never got smooth with it. I guess you've tried a wheel before?

I had a wheel for about a month and it broke before I got used to it.

I knocked down Silver in the Clubman Stage Route 5 Reverse Drift Trial! I actually improved it twice. My first Silver run was a score of 8,249 points. After another try, I improved to 8,315 points. Gold is 9,000 points. Maybe it's the darkness of the track and some of the switchbacks as to why I can't seem to nail any serious drift points.

I even practiced this section in a few other cars- the Option Stream Z and the Ferrari 512BB. I will eventually knock down Gold if I really push. Haven't tried to better my Eiger Nordwand K Trail Reverse scores yet.

What car are you using?
Some cars give more points and with the right car you can get your gold with the skills you have. Dont know why it is that way but I believe that I gain more points the bigger the distance is between front and rear tires or the length of the car. Dont know wich and dont know if its true :)
Cerbrera speed 12 is a long car and so is Buick special and they are allways in the top.
I found the Corvette racecar from the sixties to be a nice and simple driftcar. When I learn how to drive it I tried with the Speed 12 and found a good driftingtune for it and I gained lots more points with it. After a while I even learnt how to do it with manual gearbox and that helped a lot
I hated drifting before but now I actually looking forward to the drifting seasonals.
I do agree with you that this one at Route 5 is hard because the poor light.

Good luck and I hope you will get the gold:)

9 Hours at Tsukuba gave me no PP Loss on my GSX...Got a few levels on my Bobs though.

Ran a cool 20 lap lead by the end of it. Ended at around 900 miles on the GSX odometer.

Great of you to do this - Personally I already have access to a de-tuned GSX from a friend - Doing the endurance was simply so I could see if I could get my own GSX to detune.

Currently running B-Spec Nurburgring 24HR so the earliest I'll be able to run the time trial is Friday. PSN will pretty much be down all day Thursday (USA Time).

Yes I found this one a bit annoying. I think it's the blind corners and no curb - there is only barrier so not much room for movement.

I used stock Shelby Cobra in the end. Maybe the big torque was better here than more revvy cars I'd tried.

I found it helped to sacrifice points on the left handers of both switchbacks for better entry into the right handers, especially the hairpin.

hi everybody. Just tried new TT and bought Elise for Kart Space standard car power limiter on minimum and still cant get 350PP what I'm doing wrong? The same with GSX

you need to add some ballast as well as power limiter to the elise to get it down to 350

the gsx apparently needs to run for a few thousand miles to degrade the oil and get enough hp loss to get down to 350pp

Hi lorenzo. Hows things? which max speed you have set up on Lancer? thx
I mate:tup: see Yinato's tune above (page 11)...I'm using that. Anyway, set gear box to max speed at 210 km. I don't know if is better high turbo rpm than medium...try both
